Meet Adam Smart

Antonio was very helpful, he helped me get into a car I’ve wanted for awhile. Also, very quick and precise with what he does.

I recently called the Suburban Chrysler Service Dept. due to a engine warning light going off on our 2017 Pacifica. Another nearby dealer had said don't drive it, just make an appointment for several days out and you'll have to leave it. Well, the next morning my daughter had to go in for surgery and I needed to know what the issue was ASAP and it was already 4:30 PM! I then spoke with Adam Smart @ Suburban and without even mentioning the urgency of the matter he said just bring it in now and we can run a diagnostic check. I brought it in immediately and within minutes Adam told me it was nothing serious (seal leak around the gas cap) and would clear up on its own and that is exactly what happened. Thanks to Adam Smart I was reassured that I could get my daughter to her surgery without incident. No charge, no waiting, no problem, no appointment needed for days later. Thank you very much, Adam Smart!!!

I want to say thank you to Adam and the Technician who worked on the flat tie for my 2018 Durango. I put on the spare tire and left the tools and trim panels a mess in the back of the vehicle. When the work was completed, everything was put back as if it never happened. Keep up the great work.

Adam in the Service Center was amazing! He was friendly and took the time to explain everything to me. I brought my car in for routine maintenance before driving out of state. Adam listened and made sure everything was taken care of and even took the time to acknowledge my son. Stellar service!
