Great buying experience!

We love our new Chrysler 200! Our experience from start to finish was excellent and so easy thanks to Rick LaRue, he took care of everything. Our new vehicle is exactly what we were looking for and so much more. Rick is not only knowledgeable and friendly but he goes that extra mile in making sure that every detail is taken care of and that our buying experience is the best that it can be. An excellent experience!

Christine Rayis was my first point of contact and she was friendly and very helpful getting me set up for an appointment. She emailed me a list of things to bring and a map to the dealership. She also provided more information on the vehicle I was interested in and market price comparisons. Dale Zarnick was my salesperson and he did an excellent job showing me the vehicle, answering questions and easing me through the process. Even though the sales transaction took us well past closing time everyone was very friendly and helpful. The financing staff went above and beyond to make sure I got the payment price I needed to be able to drive my beautiful new Jeep home that night. Not only would I recommend Suburban Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM of Troy but I plan on being a customer for life! And last, but certainly not least, I love my new Jeep!

Great Sales experience

I had a great buying experience at Suburban Dodge of Troy. Glen Campbell was a huge part of my buying decision, I went in looking for a Jeep but in the search changed my mind several times, Glen was ready each time to help, I would send an e mail and within minutes he would return it. The last request was the one that got it done, i sent it, he replyed and the followed up with a call saying come on this is the deal for you. I went in and within minutes we shook, signed and i'm driving the coolest Dodge Ram in the Planet. I need to also point out that this dealer is the only one that has a great loan calculator that lets you see a very close ballpark price. Thanks again Glen and Team Suburban..

I am very pleased with all asspects of my experience...

I am very pleased with all asspects of my experience Suburban Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Troy. I able to review thier large inventory of Jeep Products at my leasure without any pressure from the sael staff. Once I had desided on the model I was most interested in my sales person Rick Larue was extremely heplful in my locating the right vehicle for me. I given the opportunity to test drive a similar vehicle. Rick showed all of the various features the vehicle had to offer. (Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland) The entire experience right through purchasing was very helpful and accommodating. Thank You, Henry Miller

I can't tell you how pleased and excited I am with my...

I can't tell you how pleased and excited I am with my new Dodge Challenger, a car that wasn't easy to find, at least not the one I wanted...but when my husband met and started working with Rick Larue, we felt confident he would work to find the right car and he did, even though he had to search out of state to locate it. He made us feel that he and everyone a the dealership would do everything to get the best deal for us. When I went to pick up my car, Rick not only had some pretty cool Dodge extras for me like a key chain, coffee tumbler and sweatshirt, but he sat in the car with me and went over everything I needed to know and he assured me that I could call him with any question, even giving me his cell number. When you buy or lease a new car, you want to have a geat feeling about it and about the person who you are dealing with and I had/have a great feeling about Rick Larue, so thank you Rick. We will be sure to tell anyone who is interested in a Chrysler product to come and see you. To be honest, we have been a Ford family for a long time and and had GM products before that, but I am so glad that I saw the Challenger and decided it was time to drive something "very cool' and having a perfect experience getting it makes it even better.

My family and I drove over an hour to take a look at a...

My family and I drove over an hour to take a look at a pre owned car.  We met Dale (salesperson) and he was helpful and knowledgeable.  I was satisfied with the car and wished to purchase it.  I was okay with the price of the vehicle.  I asked that they make some concessions and cover the cost of the tax, title, and plates.  The salesman said that the price of the vehicle was the bottom line and was unable to provide any concessions.  Then the Pre Owned Sales Manager Rob Radzwin walked up and asked if we were going to buy the car.  I told him that I would buy the car today if they would just cover the tax, title and plates.  Rob told me that he was unwilling to make a deal and with a smug grin and attitude said "Thanks for stopping by.", then walked away.  I was more than willing to buy the car and I just wanted to feel like I was getting a deal.  I am also a manager and a professional who works with the public.  I have never been treated with such disrespect by another professional.  I know that part of doing business with the public is having great referrals.  I will not recommend this dealership to another person.  I purchase a lot of vehicles for the business that I manage and was hoping that I could make a new contact and possibly do more business in the future with your dealership.  This will not be happening now.  For $900 you have lost a deal with me, the business that I work for, anyone that asks me where they should by a car and received a bad review.  That is a bad business decision.

I leased my first minivan from Bill Messina 2.5 yrs ago. ...

I leased my first minivan from Bill Messina 2.5 yrs ago. I was looking to turn that van in early and upgrade to the 2013 with a few more options. Bill was outstanding to deal with for the first lease and did not disappoint this time around. Bill worked very hard to get me to a good number both with my turn in value and my new lease payment. When Bill tells you a number it's nice to know that number is not going to change at final signing. The process was easy, smooth, and I really felt like Bill did not pressure me into doing anything I wasn't comfortable doing. I consider Bill a friend who is trustworthy, honest, and knows the definition of customer service. As long as I'm getting vehicles from Suburban I'll be getting them from Bill. Thank you!
