Suburban Chrysler Jeep Dodge

I was given an appointment for the date and time I requested, There was no waiting time when I arrived. The facility is spotless. The staff is great especially the service manager George. All maintenance was completed quickly and exactly as I requested. The waiting room was comfortable and even had great wi-fi reception. I trust this dealership to always respond in a timely and accurate manner. They have not let me down!

Highly recommend, Great Service

I have received excellent service from Steven Breemeersch. I would highly recommend him to anyone i know that is looking for a Chrysler vehicle. He was very knowledgeable and honest when answering any of my questions about my purchase the 2016 Jeep Wrangler. Always communicated with me about my purchase to make sure i was highly satisfied.

BE CAREFUL!!!

I have been SCAMMED and completely mistreated by this dealership. I bought a $16,000 2009 Ford Flex with only 45,000 miles and a CLEAN carfax, on July 23, 2016 (25 days ago!). By 6am August 9th (beginning of the 16th day) it would not start due to the anti-theft shutting my car down. Now they won't assist me nor return any phone calls to myself, my boyfriend nor the local Ford Dealership fixing my car. They talk about taking care of their customers, they talk about integrity but are willing to screw you with a lemon. They gave me only 1 key to begin with and now I have had to purchase 2 keys (2 keys are required in order to reset the system) due to the original key I was given was defective. I have only been able to drive my "newly purchased" car for 15 days and it's been in the local Ford dealership now for 10 days. No help, no calls & no standing behind their vehicle. They could have been gracious and offered customer service but we have only been met with rudeness from our sales person to the sales manager on the day the car stopped working as we were to leave on our family vacation to Michigan Adventures. Now with calls to Ford Customer service, the BBB, Wells Fargo, a " lemon law" attorney and along with filing a complaint with the Attorney Generals office hopefully I will get some assistance soon. Please understand I love this vehicle and spent 3 weeks looking in Michigan, Wisconsin, Indiana & Ohio for a low mileage Ford Flex with a clean carfax and test drove this vehicle twice, this was not a rash decision on my part.

Jeep grand cherokee

Rick LaRue was great. I walked in just to get some info on a Friday. On Monday I traded my Wrangler for a new grand cherokee. No pressure, transparent, friendly and got a good deal.
