Kia of Riverdale

3 hours for an oil change. Obviously, the scheduling is skewed, and it should be an easy fix but apparently not.

They advertised a car as certified pre owned and when I called i was told the car not only was not certified but had NO warranty at all because the car had been modified with a tune, blow off valve and catch can. Totally misleading advertising and I would never trust it look at anything they had. 0 stars to be honest

Definitely a place I will come back to. I was scheduled to speak with Kyle but instead Jacob assisted me. He gave me the reigns on my dream car and off I go. Of course we went back and forth negotiating, yet with the help of the sales manager Mustafa and Jacob, they helped me in financing the car at a rate I felt extremely comfortable with. They showed me nothing but respect and honesty throughout the whole deal. Thank you Kia of Riverdale Especially Jacob and Mustafa.
