I had a great experience at this dealership. Luis greeted me promptly at the door and made me feel welcomed. He was excellent and went above and beyond to put me in my dream car. I truly appreciated his patience. The car is beautiful and I am so happy with my purchase. One of the employees parked my old car in the heated garage so I could clean out my belongings. That kind of care and attention is rare and I will never forget it! Planet Honda is the best! Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable.

I went to see the new cr-v on saturday 22 of february and I spoke with Chigbo Mbaekwe,he answer my quetions that day.Icame back on wednesday 22 and he call mr Kaleen Wyne,very honest the deal was done very fast and I ended with a new 2012 cr-v,thanks gentlemen this is my third cr-v

I was at Planet Honda for leasing a car. Both Steve Mains and his manager Mark Hernandez were very helpful, friendly and time efficient. They didn't waste any of my time with nonsense I used to get at other dealers. Perfect overall experience. Highly recommended ...The finance person Mark was also great... Thank you guys...

Planet Honda appeared to have competitive rates and...

Planet Honda appeared to have competitive rates and incentives; however in reality, the salesmen were deceptive and dishonest, particularly Jay Morris. I was told that they really wanted my business and would do anything, including throw in a navigation system to earn my business. Long story short, they took my deposit, made me wait two weeks for the car to come in and then when I went to pick up the car, handed me a “Tom Tom”, stating “I said portable navigation system.” Jay Morris blatantly lied and manipulated the situation. He penciled in the word “portable” on the contract and attempted to act as if this was not deceit. I was told I could get my deposit the next day, another lie. They still have my deposit and are making me do more leg work and wasting more of my time in order for me to get this. I would strongly recommend not dealing with this low end conveying dealership that should not be privileged enough to associate themselves with such a name as Honda.

Art was my salesman and the service he provided for me...

Art was my salesman and the service he provided for me was outstanding!! He followed up on everything I needed in exchange for my lease to now me becoming the owner of my car (lease). I recommend everyone to go to Planet Honda to see "Art"? his experiences made me have a better outlook on buying out my lease as well as my next car. Thanks Again Art!!!:)

Go Plant Honda! Thanks to Art Norvell I got the car of my Dreams! This is by 1st. Honda and I'm loving it. Art was nice,he work real hard to get the loan that I needed to receive my New Used Car and he even made time to show me how to drive a manuel version of my vehicle. Wow!! That's Customer Service. I saw online the hilarious ad skits put on by the owner...

I saw online the hilarious ad skits put on by the owner of Planet Honda NJ and wanted to buy a car there. Drove from SC to New Jersey to get a great deal. I was treated very well by the salesman Tim Ciasulli Jr. and the manager Eddie Amorin. Both listened to what I was looking for and went out of their way to accomodate me. Can't thank both of these gentlemen enough for getting me a great deal! It was well worth the drive!
