For some reason, there seems to be a very small inventory for luxury sedans of late. My wife and I were pretty frustrated trying to land a specific model (Merc S550). When I first stopped by Go Luxury Auto Group's, I was impressed with the amazing collection and quality of cars. While I did not immediately find what I was looking for, I asked them to keep looking for a Mercedes S550 in Red. Just 2 days later, I got a call saying they found the car of my choice and scheduled an appointment to take it on a test drive. The car was in an immaculate condition, and well within my price range, and had all the features we wanted. The buying process was a breeze, it took me less than an hour to complete all the formalities and drive away with a fantastic car. My wife and I really appreciate your hard work in finding a car to our specifications. Top class customer service and a very awesome dealership was like adding a cherry on the top. Went to GoLuxury interested in a certain vehicle. It was listed online on their website at one price, but when their sales team presented numbers to me they then wanted to add another $2500 for reconditioning. Very shady. Not to mention they love low balling trade ins. They also don't like it when you have your own financing already in place. And lastly they claimed they had put $2500 in recoditioning but yet didn't notice the rear tires were completely bald. Wouldn't even pass inspection by Ray Charles.

We needed a truck, and Go Luxury had exactly what we were looking for. Sam was very knowledgeable, and helped us put the deal together. When picking up the truck, there was no spare key fob, so Bryan agreed to have one made, at no added cost. The customer service was great. Much better than your average big dealer. Less hassle, less time spent, indoor show room. Just much better overall. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the DFW metroplex. They probably have the best looking used cars. Shiny and clean.
