Great experience!

Jonathan Stilwell was great. He was not pushy at all and very knowledgeable. I typically dread going to car dealerships but this was an awesome experience. The dealership was very clean and the entire staff was super friendly.

DO T BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE

Made an appointment for Friday at 12:00 pm. Got there at 11:58 checked in with the counter she asked me to wait a minute then come a person who called him self John I informed him I had an appointment he replies because of the hurricane they are closed I said but you guys made me an appointment and I had driven an hour and half to get there he say let me speak with manager he did and it was the same outcome we are closed. I asked why no one called me to tell me they are closing early he had no answers then I asked since I drove for an hour and a half can you at least show the vehicle I was interested in he say no we can’t although there was about 10-15 employees standing around they didn’t care about me or my time or the gas I spent driving there. I PROMISED THEM THAT I WILL MAKE SURE I WRIT A REVIEW ON EVERY PLATFORM I CAN FIND AND TELL EVERY PERSON II TALK TO ABOUT HOW BAD I WAS TREATED AND YEA I PURCHASED A VEHICLE SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Worst experience ever.

I was a co- signer for my daughter. Did everything by phone. Was the worse experience. After she got home with the car she found papers that she did not sign and some papers were left out of her packet. Just make sure you read every piece of paper and don’t let them talk you into doing it all on your cell. Print is so small you cannot read what you are signing. It’s sad when salesmen and managers take advantage of a single woman trying to purchase a car.

Superb Experience!

Patty was absolutely awesome! She provided superb service and went above and beyond to work with us. She added no pressure to our decision which made the car buying experience much more pleasurable. She even stayed a few hours after the dealership closed to ensure all our needs were met! I highly recommend her! Also a shoutout to the sales manager (Jerome) (and the finance department (Jonathon) that got us in and out very efficiently compared to other car buying experiences.
