I am beyond frustrated with my experience at this dealership. I signed all the paperwork for a vehicle on a Saturday with the clear understanding that I would pick it up on Monday once the down payment was processed. Despite this, I received a text later that day informing me that they had sold the car to someone else, despite having a signed agreement in place. They clearly do not honor their contracts or hold vehicles for their customers. They lied and said they didnt tell me if I signed documents, I could pick up the car Monday. I was there for hours dealing with sales and finance. I know what I was told. ​Beyond the shady business practices, the professionalism here is non-existent. I had the misfortune of dealing with a finance manager who was incredibly rude throughout the process. To make matters worse, at one point during our interaction, he actually burped directly in my face without even an apology. ​Between the lack of integrity regarding the sale and the appalling lack of basic manners from the staff, I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

As first time buyers, we had a bad experience which left us disappointed. I am sorry to say there is no transparency in this place and I wouldn’t recommend it. The 5 stars are for Daniela only. We had a great experience with her. She was very helpful and responsive. She made sure all our questions were answered and assisted us in the best way possible. Great worker! Thank you Daniela!!!!!
