Absolute scam tactics and non-existent customer service. First, they gave me the complete run-around regarding my initial 500-mile inspection window and tried to lie saying I ignored their calls. Now that I have refinanced my car, I am legally demanding a prorated refund for my HPP/EPP protection plans under Florida Statute § 634.121 (Deal #24460). Both the finance office and General Manager Tommy Hung are completely ignoring my written demands to avoid cutting the check that belongs to me. They take your money and run. Do not buy from here. A formal complaint with the Florida Office of Financial Regulation is being filed next.
