DO NOT TRUST AND DO NOT RECOMMEND - DISHONEST AND

Sold me a car with unreported damage to the trunk and driver side door. Now I have to foot the bill to correcting the terrible body work that was done, and none of this showed up on the carfax. Also whoever did the body work messed up a bunch of the electrical which I didn’t discover until after I bought it. They told me only the rear quarter panel was fixed but my mechanic found a whole host of unreported, horribly done body work and electrical work around the car. They also were manipulative and straight up lied to try to illegally force me into buying their protection plans until I called them out on it. They also sold me the car with only one key that had the wrong key blade inside the key fob, which cost me an additional $275 to replace.

Great Place!

Amazing experience. Patty was super helpful and so was Rictarious. They helped me finance the new car, answered all my questions, and weren't focused on up selling me only helping me find a car within my budget. Best dealership I've been to so far.

Better Off Buying from a National Car Dealer - Not

We just purchased a 2019 Ford F150 Limited from HGregg in Brandon, FL. The vehicle, after warranty and tax, was $60,000. They did agree to buff out the surface scratches, but when we brought the truck back after a 2 week vacation and asked them to fix the automatic running board, they said no. We have a warranty and it will be covered... under a $100 deductible. If it was a Ford dealer, I'm sure they would have done it just to keep our business for service and new purchases. We are also still waiting on MSRP original sticker, 51 point check and last oil change. The sales manager was useless and the salesman didn't bother going the extra step after the sale. I will never buy from a company like this one again!

It was too good to be true!

The dealership tried to sell me a car that wasn't ready for sale! There was a panel missing that covered the battery and other items in the trunk. If that was all it wouldn't be bad however the list goes on! The engine light was on and they didn't didn't address it. The car also had a shimmy while driving the vehicle. There were several things wrong and I had to turn down the car of my dreams because the dealership didn't do their job properly. In addition to all of what I wrote so far there was several additional dealer markups that they added to the price of the car, a processing fee, a dealer fee, what I thought would be an even trade would cost me another $7,000 if I bought the car! All i can say is beware!
