Great experience

The whole process is just outstanding. Making the appointment, reminders by phone and email, courteous people at the dealership, comfortable waiting area, and fast service. Healy has it all figured out.

very accomodating,squeezed me in

I purchased an extended warranty for this vehicle when I purchased it from Healey Brothers in March 2010. I have previously been in for service and neglected to remember I had the extended warranty. It seems ridiculous in this day and age that if I buy a car from you the fact that it is under an extended warranty you also sold me is unknown by you and I have to tell you about it to use it. Additionally I was told I could not go back in time to apply the warranty I neglected to inform you of to previous service. Shame on me!

Great Sales Department

Tailgate Handle

I was told that I needed a new handle for my tailgate, but they didn't tell me I would not be able to get into the tailgate until it was fixed! I found out the next day when my son went to put something into the bed & couldn't open the tailgate! I was very upset about this & mentioned it to Shawn Cutler, who said the tech didn't tell him.

Great service

Brandon our dealer and Chris our finance guy were great. They answered all our questions and were very friendly. Chris was exceptional and would recommend Healy to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle.

Great service

On Star advised me that my tires need rotation. I scheduled an appt. for 06/06 at 12 noon. When I got there, Shawn told me that I wasn't on schedule and there was no record of appt. Shawn got me in and within an hour, I was done. Shawn was great

Awesome service , amazing waiting area

My service rep was Mickey. She was awesome! She let me know what was going on with my car and how long it would take. I really enjoyed the great coffee selection and Internet. The waiting area was enormous. I will come back.

I would like to say that liz Proctor did an excellent job of receiving me inside your facility getting the job done and handling the situation to an excellent standard of service I am pleased to say you guys have done a better job
