He sold me my Sierra 1500 Denali Ultimate, he was very professional, very patient with me and very honest, thank you.I had my Sierra 1500 Denali Ultimate service on May 27th 2026. The truck runs great. My new service rep is now Lori. Lori is great. The respect I receive and service with my truck when I am at W. S. CHEVROLET now makes me feel like a very valued customer and imI am very thankful that Matt N. (service manager) set my up with her. I am very thankful Lori is able to represent me and I would like Lori to represent me moving forward. Thank you again. Excellent work. My technicians name is Miz. I would like Miz to work on my truck whenever my Sierra 1500 Denali ultimate needs service. When I received my truck back which this is the second time he worked on that I felt that my Sierra 1500 Denali ultimate was respected and in good hands. Good job 👏 👍 Everyone and thank you. I would like to give 5 Stars, but I only gave 4 out of the fear that nothing good lasts forever and things do happen I really would like Lori and Miz to be on my team moving forward. If they are not working that day, I will not go in for service.

Can’t say enough good about Danny,he sold me a used 2022 Chevy Silverado. He was pleasant and knowledgeable of the truck,he gave me a good trade for my 2016 Silverado and we made the deal. I noticed about 3 weeks later as I was cleaning it that the passenger side mirror outer body was not installed correctly,it seemed loose and had a rattle. I let him look at it and between him and the sales manager they ordered and replaced the whole unit,no charge. They even had the vehicle washed before I arrived to pick it up. Great customer service,I would recommend Danny to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. This is the third vehicle I purchased from Healey…good job guys!

Professional and helpful service department. I was on the road when a wheel bearing went bad. They got me in the next day and completed the repair.

My sales woman name was Jenn. She was courteous. Listen to what I had to say. We went over used cars and then I asked her about the pricing of new cars so she took her time and went over different options and different pricing. Wonderful person would highly recommend her for a sales woman to anyone

Thee sales department does a lot to make sale then service ruins your total experience… horrible service department!

Austin was our salesman, he spent about two hours with myself and my daughter. He was respectful, knowledgeable and not pushy. If I go back to Healey Chevy I would ask for him. Regretfully, without the option of hybrid, I will probably go elsewhere when I need another car.

Scheduling need addressing. It took 2 hours for an oil change. Should have not taken that long
