What a pleasant surprise !
Even though I was 1/2 hr. late, I was immediately accommodated by Tom, the Service first guy. He got me right in and sent me to Liz at the Service Dept. who was extremely competent and friendly, listening to my wishes for that particular service visit. The entire visit was a pleasurable experience and I was out before the stated time frame. Give them all a raise !!

Everything went great. I had the day off so there was no rush, and with no time restraints it is a pleasure being in the dealership. I was also surprised when I received a call from Ralph Torres stating he was sorry he missed me. It is the reason I keep coming back to your dealership.

Recall
My car had a recall notice. Once the part was received the appointment was scheduled to do the work. I was told it would take about 45 minutes, the car was ready and had been washed in that time period. Thank you

Terrific, as Usual
Staff is always terrific! My husband and three years old grandson was given a tour of the service area. It was great! Always a pleasure to have work done at this facility.

Great facility and an awesome service rep Liz
Liz was great! Impressive from the time i pulled into service. FYI...Antenna wasn't put back on car after car wash and seat was moved way back and i fell into seat when i got in car. Besides that, i had a great experience. Progress not perfection!

Great facilities and selection of vehicles
Walked into the dealership with the intent on getting a new lease vehicle to replace my existing one. Picked up the new car the next day without a hitch. Salesman Mark Guinup was very professional and knowledgeable of the inventory and got me the car that I wanted.

Great purchase experience
