Whats the deal
Recently was in there dealership for 15K service which included a wheel alignment, upon completion of the work I noticed no alignment report was included with my invoice, and no statement from tech that work had been completed other than being billed. After calling the dealership asking for my alignment report they could not provide me a report with my VIN. I was informed by service writer and service manager they dont give customers reports because color ink is expensive, are you kidding me thats the excuse for me not getting what i paid for. This is a terrible display of workmanship when a customer cannot get what is due. I hope this helps someone who is considering using them for service on their vehicle.

Were sorry the vin is not on your alignment specs but we attach that to your work order thant has your name vin miles and all your personal information and the we scan it to your service file. We always allow customer to have the spec reports the day its being done all they have to do is let us know or we just put the copy in the service file.We responded to your last survey that you wrote that you were dissastisfied because you did not get a copy and after we emailed you a copy you were not happy it did not have your vin number on it.That has never been a issue past we will see if we can have that put on.

Replacement part for my 2020 Danali
As expected from years of using Schepel employees very courteous and prompt. Very surprised at the cost to replace this rear bumper cover along with finishing. I would think after purchasing so many vehicles or even one I would get the discounted price on the part ( in stock by the way) that a body shop received. If my memory serves me it cost upwards of over $ 340. Not pleased with this one.
