We are very happy with the way we were treated at Middletown Honda. We never felt any pressure to buy from our salesman, Jack Kaplan, who was most courteous and helpful to us. Service department is always excellent.

Service department is always excellent. I have been buying or leasing cars from them for twenty years. It’s always been a satisfying experience. Christina is my favorite. She always goes the extra mile.

I am 56 years old and I bought my first Honda from you in

I am 56 years old and I bought my first Honda from you in 1987. I have NEVER owned anything except Hondas and have ONLY purchased/leased them from this dealership!

I have had my Honda Civic since late 2017 and I

I have had my Honda Civic since late 2017 and I absolutely love it. Unfortunately today Middletown Honda ruined the customer service experience for me. I dropped my car off for an inspection at 10am on 3/31/25. When I picked my car up at 4pm the same day there was a huge 6 inch crack in my windshield right in my line of sight that was not there at 10am when I dropped it off. I brought this to their attention and the service manager came to speak with me, she showed me footage of the car at 12:09pm when they brought the car in for service with the crack in the windshield but couldn't show me a good angle of the car when I brought it in at 10am. Nor could she show me footage from 10am-12:09pm. Refused to help in any way or take responsibility for this mishap. All would have been good if they just owned up to it and replaced the windshield. My car has approximately 150k miles on it and I am due for a new car soon. I promise you Middletown Honda or quite frankly any Honda Dealership will not be getting my business if this situation is not rectified properly.

I've been a patron of this dealership for over 20

I've been a patron of this dealership for over 20 including my father and father in law. I've always had great experiences but today I was taken for a ride. We brought in our 2025 CRV to fix the driver's side mirror which is vibrating and is unusable. This was an issue from the start but I figured I'd get it taken care off during my first oil change. Today they are refusing to fix it. They are claiming that the mirror was hit. Lying through their teeth. The mirror is in perfect shape. No scratches, impact marks, or any kind of visible indicator of being struck. Furthermore, the crack that's causing the vibration is under the assembly, not in front or the side where an impact would most likely occur. Loyal customer of 20 years, over 12 vehicles during this time...and it all means nothing. Oh, I also have the platinum warranty, not that it matters apparently. Don't let them take you for a ride. Document everything. Take pictures and inspect your vehicle carefully, weather is fresh off the lot, or out of service.

Purchasing our car at Middletown Honda was the best

Purchasing our car at Middletown Honda was the best experience yesterday due to our friendly Sales Consultant Marion Maurasse. He was so knowledgeable, and patient when showing us various cars on the lot. He was able to get us a great interest rate, and was thorough with all the paperwork. Our Delivery Coordinator, Johnathan, was very helpful explaining the special features of the vehicle. I will definitely recommend Middletown Honda to family and friends when they are in the market for a new car.
