Carlos and everybody else was very helpful with before and after the purchase. But i have to give it up for Carlos. He took his time and guided me through the best option as i was getting my first car. I’m definitely going back if any of my friends/family members need assistance. Thank you!

Joann at DCH Honda of Nanuet was awesome. She helped get us the exact car we were looking for even though it wasn’t on the lot. That wasn’t easy to do with the current car shortage situation. We are a retired couple and don’t need two cars anymore, and so we visited a few dealerships to see what we would be offered for our 2011 Buick. Although one can expect a higher price doing a private sale, there are just too many scammers our there when you advertise on craigslist, FB marketplace, etc. We went to a few dealerships, and here is why we were happy with DCH Honda: (1) price: what they offered was not only higher than other dealerships, but nearly matched what we would have asked and expected if we advertised for a private sale; (2) personnel: the sales agent, Carlos, and manager, Darren, were both superior in every way to what we encountered elsewhere: respectful, good humored, patient, intelligent, informative, going the extra mile to make the deal work for us. All this made us realize why this dealership was buzzing with activity while others we visited were quiet by comparison, with few customers. In current lingo, there’s good reason it’s the “go-to” place and we feel so fortunate to have landed there.
