I’ve dealt with many dealerships in the past and had good and bad experiences so I was a little skeptical about getting a deal done. DCH Honda made this experience the best one yet. Superior customer service and everything was done in a timely manner. Would highly recommend. Don’t go anywhere else.

WORST EXPERIENCE !!

WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER! Went in 2/28 and put a deposit on a Nissan Sentra for my daughter's 18th birthday gift, explained I couldn't come back up for a week and had been in touch with my sales rep BILL and he said that was fine, then I left another VM and said I would be up to pick up this weekend and he was off work that week and called me when he was back stating, he got my VM and went to look for the car and it was gone. They SOLD IT and didn't even have the decency to give me a courtesy call and let me know or ask when I was coming up. AND STILL HAVE NOT GIVEN ME MY DEPOSIT BACK ....Even spoke to Dimitri the manager and he said he would find a comparble care for me and never heard back from him....... Today I went and got another car at JEEP , and they couldn't believe that would happen and are holding this new car for us and assured me it would not be sold to anyone else. Every dealer we went too couldn't believe my story. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!

We're sorry to hear your experience with us did not meet our five-star standard, Eileen. After receiving your deposit we had notified you that the car needed to be picked up within two days. We decided to extend the 48 hour hold policy for you and added an additional two days to come pick up the car. After holding the car for a total of 15 days and leaving multiple messages we unfortunately had to move inventory to make room for more inventory. We then offered alternative vehicles, none of which you liked. If there's anything we can do to help you further with this issue please don't hesitate to call us at (845) 367-4380.

I just leased a Honda Accord from Tony, he was really great- listened to our needs and helped me trade in my old car and find a deal that fit our budget, his manager was also very kind and helpful. I knew exactly what I wanted going in and they were able to offer it to me with no hassle. I also appreciate efficiency - did this on a work day - in by 9:30 and out by noon! Thanks Tony!

My wife and had a great experience at DCH Honda of Nanuet. We least a 2020 Honda Pilot from Tony Oparaku. Toni was courtesy, professional and overall very accommodating during the entire process. We would recommend Toni to anyone looking at Honda vehicles. Great experience and we love our Pilot. James Torres also made our experience quick and easy!

Very happy with my experience

My wife and I were warmly greeted at the front desk. Carlos Rodriguez was our salesman. A true gentleman and a pleasure to deal with. My credit was only fair and my budget very tight. Both Carlos and Josh Cruz worked hard to give me the best price and the financing I needed. I'm grateful for their patience, hard work and success in getting me the car I wanted at a price I can afford.
