DCH Honda of Nanuet

My wife and I were very happy with the service we received at DCH Nanuet. My first point of contact (Haleema) was very honest, and helpful once we got into the dealership. She handed us off to Kenrick, and we couldn't have been more pleased. He answered all our questions, took as much time as we needed, and we walked out of there THAT DAY with a new Odyssey - and it wasn't even the model we came in to see. Kenrick was helpful to us in sussing out the features the cars that we were considering had, and which features we actually needed as opposed to those we just thought we wanted. I am very happy we ended up at DCH Nanuet, and would recommend a visit highly to anyone we knew who was looking for a new Honda. Thanks!

I came to DCH Honda out of necessity, not the luxury some might experience purchasing a new car. I was flooded with emotion but Tony sat with me, took his time, he was not pushy or aggressive with sales. He allowed me to make my own decisions and then helped me get the best rate possible.

Tony was very helpful and patient. I came a bit later in the afternoon. He didn’t make me feel rushed or pressured to make a decision. These folks were an easy act to follow, after dealing with another dealership in New Britain, CT. Nanuet Honda disclosed the full deal to me over the phone before we agreed to a deal. Their price was good (as I had been all over the internet for the last few day comparing cars, costs and dealerships). There were no surprises when I arrived to close on the deal (sight unseen, just trusted the Honda Pre-Owned Certified vehicle credential, so you know Honda knows its a good car). Nanuet was absolutely great, no strings attached, everything was disclosed, the car was actually on the showroom floor (as you would expect with the car being in the condition of a Honda Certified Pre-Owned) when we got there and it was turned over to us with a full tank of gas!! The salesman, Kendrick, was very good. He was kind, he knew everything about the product line and was honestly interested in knowing that we were comfortable in knowing what we were buying.

I was very pleased with the staff at DCH Honda of Nanuet. My wife and I just purchased 2 cars and Kenrick, our sales rep., could not have been easier to work with. I visited DCH Honda this past Friday. It was refreshing to encounter a salesperson my own age (senior). We spoke the same language (1950’s English). My experience was excellent. Bill recognized my needs, and wasted none of my time, as has been my experience with many of the young “salespeople” I have encountered..
