We traveled over an hour to get to this dealership and were not disappointed with our experience. Juan helped us purchase our certified Honda Pilot and trade in our 2015 Pilot seamlessly. He was more than helpful, attentive and professional with all our needs, and went above and beyond to make our purchasing experience perfect. He had the car ready to go in one day and even stayed beyond closing to make sure we were satisfied with every aspect of our purchase. We also worked with James Torres in Finance who was also professional, friendly and eager to help us wrap up our purchase. The Manager, Dhimitri, took the time to make sure everything was handled smoothly, and we were in our new car quickly. This was an all around great experience at a dealership, for once! We’ve purchased many, many cars over the years and had never had such a great experience. They deserve a gold star! 3 thumbs up DCH Honda of Nanuet!!! Went to this dealership with my best friend to look at cars. The dealer kenrick took his time to show us the different car models and what each had to offer. He also worked with us and was patient when it came down to negotiating because let's face it we all do it at car dealerships. Overall our experience from the minute we walked in to the minute we walked out was great including when we got to their finance guy James who was also very Patient with my friend and I. Definitely check them out if you're looking to get a new car.
