Customer focused, friendly professionals.

DCH Honda is pretty exceptional. Usually car dealerships get a bad wrap. Most especially if you’re a single woman trying to purchase a vehicle. However, my experience was extremely pleasant. No hard sell of any kind. As I entered the dealership, I was greeted by Mr.Tony Oparaku He was pleasant and welcoming. Listened to my specific needs and I’ve gotta say I left there not only with a great vehicle, but I felt quite pleased with the overall experience. I met Joshua and Dhimitri from the financial department and they were amiable professionals as well. I highly recommend this great dealership with these great professional people. You won’t be disappointed.

First Time Buyer

My sales rep Keon was very helpful in getting my car done the same day. He promised me the car in 2 hours and was very close in getting it right on time. After signing the financial papers, I was ready to go. The only disappointment, I asked if they could remove a trailer hitch (that I had purchased and install myself) off the vehicle I was turning in and unfortunately they could not remove it. Other than not getting this done, it appears they wanted to please the customer during the whole process. This is my 4th Pilot and the best so far. I have been to other dealers and Keon was ready to make a deal. And did what he could to get a new customer.

New Honda CR-V lease

The sales consultant, Aaron Morales, was very professional and knowledgeable, I give him high marks. However, there pre-check delivery missed a couple of items. The Cargo Area Cover was missing and there was damage to the drivers side door handle (broken paint). I brought these 2 items to the attention Aaron the very next day.

Good service

Sales person was very helpful and respectful. We came in and they let us look a little before asking if we needed help. Which I have to say was nice. When we decide what we wanted to look at Oliver took care of our needs he looked and brought a polit to test drive. I was very pleased with his Professionalism

Leased My Second Honda From Here

This is the second car my wife and I have leased from DCH Honda of Nanuet and I didn't think that they could ever have topped the experience we had when we leased our first car. But was I wrong. From the moment we arrived we were treated with the utmost respect and without one second of typical car salesman pushiness. We came in the evening and were totally surprised that no one who we dealt with made us feel rushed because they wanted to go home. Once we were given the final price for the vehicle (which the salesman and manager made it fit with our budget) I said that we would give them a deposit so they could go home and we would pick up the car in the morning. But they said they had 4 workers ready to clean the car that evening so we could drive it home that night! When we finished with the finance department and signed all the papers, we were told that the car was ready and was parked next to the car we were turning in so we could easily transfer the few items from one car to the other. Aaron did everything he could to make the experience one definitely worth the 5 star rating. Thanks.

Best experience

Tony O was extremely polite. He was very informative and patient and always available. I don’t as not prepared to buy a car but Tony made it he experience so wonderful that I now own a new car.
