Carlos was very helpful and went out of his way to help

Carlos was very helpful and went out of his way to help me.with my car. He even got some coolant even though the service center is closed. I would recommend him to my friends! Thanks Carlos!

Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience. My fiance and I were immediately greated by Nelson and he walked us through the process with ease. We immediately knew we would be walking out of there with a car. The sales manager Dimirtri helped us get the best deal. There was no pressure for us to buy, and they will definitely be keeping our business in the future! Thanks Nelson & Dimitri!!

This is the 3rd time I purchase/lease a vehicle from DCH

This is the 3rd time I purchase/lease a vehicle from DCH Honda Nanuet and I can’t express how happy I am each time. Joann our salesperson each time is utterly fantastic. She is professional and courteous. I also have to say that Zak the manager is great. He came over and thanked us for his business.

What can I say Honda is very clean and the staff was

What can I say Honda is very clean and the staff was great from the time we walk in. Now Carlos was so helpful and he did his job to get me in a vehicle that I love plus my kids. He knows his stuff and even got us some lunch because buying a car can take all day not because of the dealership but with the clients not know what we want and insurance. He is very good and helpful my friend recommended me to him. She also got a car herself from him a couple months ago. I love the service he gave myself and my sister.

I was sent an email regarding a recall on a fuel pump.

I was sent an email regarding a recall on a fuel pump. I set up an appointment with nanuet honda dealer. I’m driving from the Bronx. Which is approximately a 45 minute drive with no traffic. Tolls are paid and gas is not free. Only to be told that Honda pushed the date back on that part. I had asked the manager Joe Sanseverino if u didn’t have the part. Why would the appointment be set up? It clearly asks you what are u brining in your car for. Of course I put recall. Only to have wasted my time , on gas and paying these tolls for nothing. Bcuz they couldn’t answer any of my questions. This place lacks on communication. It’s like they false advertise. One advisor says one thing and another says different. After buying 3 cars from here. I would never ever purchase a car from here again. Please do your research before purchasing from nanuet Honda or any Honda dealer.. horrible experience ever!
