Went at 9:15am with a clear idea of trading in my 2015 Subaru Forester for a 2017 Prius Prime. I had numbers in my head and knew the inventory before I went there. As I pulled up, Greg K. was outside, immediately said hello, and welcomed me inside. I told him was I wanted and he was excellent about making everything happen quickly and on good terms. He didn't play the haggle game. I was given a first offer that was exactly what I wanted before I showed up. No bs, no negotiating necessary. It truly was a great experience. I was in and out with my new car in only a couple of hours. Greg K. was great from beginning to end. Followed up with a phone call and an email to provide me his contact info and make sure I was happy. The car is amazing. The service was very welcoming. I had bought/leased four Toyotas in the past eight years from Prestige Toyota but decided to go local this time. I'm so glad I did! They may not be the biggest dealership, but Johnstons Toyota and its staff make you feel like a valued customer and not just a number. I look forward future purchases with them and Greg K!

It was great experience to buy 2017 Toyota Camry Hybrid LE from Johnstons Toyota, John Illanovsky was very knowledgeable about the model I was interested in and also ensured that I get it in my favorite color by locating the car from other dealer. Dan from Finance did excellent job of completing the transection. It was smooth sailing experience and would recommend this dealer to interested buyers.
