Poor after sales service!

I leased a car about 7 weeks ago - Was pressured to give a high rating before I could leave before the dealership. Now I have tried to contact the salesman/ supervisor multiple times by email/text/phone and no one will respond -

Our experience was with our sale associate, Wilson K. He was patient, facilitative, helpful and made us felt at ease throughout the entire process of our purchase. Excellent Service

The Service Dept is outstanding !! Everything is explained about the repair and the time and the dollar amount. The valet were very nice also. Great Job

poor service for customer

On September 16, 2020 purchased a Toyota Highlander 2017 from this dealership and would like to share my experience with other New Yorkers. I must admit that the facilities are nice and could serve to the main purpose of selling and servicing the cars and making their owners happy. However the sales team does very little or nothing to satisfy their clients. The amount of service for the clients is tiny and I as a client was not happy at all to deal with this dealership. I can only remember the dealership's intention to squeeze its client as a lemon and forget about him next day. Their greed exceeds any expectation. I bought a 3 years old car and paid a decent amount of cash but after I signed papers they did not offer any single oil change. I had to remind them to fill the gasoline in the car's tank. I asked multiple times to explain me my rights as a consumer but they did not and instead were forcing me to buy me unnecessary services. For the pre-owned car they demanded delivery fee and "ready to go" fee exceeding 1,200 USD which they could not explain. It took two days two remove this fee. They promised to detail the car but the car was so dirty that the first thing I did after getting my car - I went to the car wash. They are driven by shortsighted interests of robbing clients and absolutely not interested in keeping client. The car had a brand new tire on one wheel in front and others were worn out. When I requested to replace the wheel they told me that it is safe (!) to drive my car like this with one one worn out and one brand new tire in front. I paid off the car in front and did not need any finance but they anyway brought me to their finance guy - greedy person who tried to sell the things that I do not need. the finance guy was very arrogant and has zero communication skills. instead of creating a fruitful long-term relationship with clients he makes an awful impression. After I met him met intention was to leave that dealership as soon as possible. I had experience in dealing with other Lexus dealership in Brooklyn and had much more pleasant experience. But there are good people there. Sob the guy working in the parts department was very professional and client oriented. the car buying should be a pleasant activity that makes both parties happy. but instead after buying a car from this dealership I felt tired and emotionally exhausted. conclusion - if you can avoid this dealership and go to another place, do it. You will safe your time and your mental health.

Disgusted from Md

How do I began. First off I drove from Md to Queens Lexus in NYC hoping to purchase a vehicle. I had called ahead and told them I was interested in a LC 500 with a trade. Once there they proceeded to inspect my trade a 2017 GS 350 F sport with 10k miles on it. I drove the LC 500 for a test drive and loved the car. Once back at the dealership the salesman sat me down and told me how much they'd offer for my trade. I was offered 24k for my nearly immaculate GS .....yes you heard me 24k. Kelly blue book has my car trade in value between 31 to 34k. I was mistified and felt totally disrespected by their offer. I'd expect more from Lexus since I was trading in a Lexus in very good condition. I knew right away that I was extremely low balled.....and I didnt appreciate that at all. I told the salesman there was no chance I'd take that deal......and walked out of the dealership. Upon returning to Md I received offers of 32 and 34k respectively from other dealers. How could they be that much off. In all fairness to my protest they did up the trade value up to 27k......but that was still entirely low compared to what others offered. I wouldnt recommend this dealership to anyone.......they certainly dont care for repeat buyers of the lexus brand......signed totally disgusted.

Crappy service - DONT GO THERE!

They deserve 0 stars. I was due for my complimentary lease service months ago and not only didnt they simply not show up on the scheduled date to pick up the car, but they didnt even call to inform me they werent showing up. Once I called myself, I found out that thhey simply didnt have enough drivers that day haha.. I mean this is Lexus we're talking about. Finally they came one day and after servicing the car they brought it back dirtier than they picked it up.. WOW>> Who does that? this is a luxury car service and they dont even clean it?? When I complained to the driver who dropped the car off, I was told "yea, the car wash isnt good at our lexus }.. just mind boggling. So they called me last week again for my 6 month service. I was weary of scheduling it bc of the last experience but the girl assured me that wouldnt happen this time as they "hired" more drivers. Guess what!! the appointment was for 9.30 am and no one showed up .... TIME MEANS squat to these people. Stay away from them! You want real service for the same price car, go with a Mercedes and get the actual service you pay for or find another Lexus dealer as i guarantee you any other dealer is better than this clowns. Cant wait to return my lease.. Never to deal with them again.

Ms. Paloka, I cannot apologize enough for the poor service you recently experienced at our dealership. I have spoken to our Service Director and he has informed me of the inconvenience you have suffered. Unfortunately, we use an outside surface to handle making service reminder calls and for making /confirming appointments. They neglected to inform us that your Lexus was to be picked up and inadvertently they had entered it in to the system as if it was going to be dropped off. This situation has me deeply troubled as I take customer satisfaction very seriously. There is no denying or defending what happened here and I make no excuses. The lack of proper communication with our vendor is my problem and not yours. They have heard from me personally as I explained the seriousness of this issue. They are also fully aware of the consequences of my relationship with them should this ever happen again. I know there was an issue with the cleanliness of your car when it was returned and for that I also apologize. I can only at this point ask that if you can find a way to allow me the opportunity to regain your confidence in us I promise you will not be disappointed. I will personally handle all future service appointments that you require. I know you just had the complimentary 10,000 mile service completed and that you will have this car until July of 2021. Although you no longer have any remaining complimentary services due you from Lexus, I would like to extend to you the offer of your next three scheduled maintenances at NO CHARGE. I thank you for your time and I look forward to your response and decision. Thank you. An ok experience

Spoke to a guy over the phone, didnt really like how he answered the phone (how can i help u) wasn't a "good afternoon, thank you for calling" but the prices of the vehicles were priced pretty good. Didn't end up buying a car from them though
