My wife and I bought a used Mercedes there a couple of weeks ago and we are very satisfied with it and the service we received. Elias our salesman was very nice to deal with and we would recommend him to anybody. Knowing a bit about about some of the scams out there you should be careful but these guys deliver what they promise.

Unsatisfied customer
I made the appointment and got late due to traffic. Was travelling form NJ all the way to queens. I called the dealership that I will be an hour late. When got there very cold feel, sales man was busy with another customer, and got to test drive the car after an hour wait. Sales manager was present and other then asking hello and hi, not willing to step up to assist. Anyway, when we started talking about the price, I find out that they charge $995 prep fee and all the cars are not certified. I bought the care form another dealership but shame how they treat customers.

Very Good
I picked up the Hybrid Camry last night I am impressed with the service. All the concerned men worked overtime to get me out of the lot way after their closing time. My regards to all of them esp Julio, Richard (Mgr), and the Document prep guy. Minor issues here and there (not with dealer - bank draft verification)but I got the car and my daughter is quite pleased. Thanks Richard

My 1st LEXUS
i bought my first used Lexus from this dealer, can't wait to go back to buy a new one. everyone was really nice it took a while but finally got my dream car. Thank you guys.

My best car buying experience
I was ready to go to war and low ball my sales person. But the initial offer they gave me was so fair that I didn't need to. I left with a 2009 RX with under 40k miles for 200 less per month than other Lexus dealerships tried to take me for. I got the APR I wanted, the Price I wanted and the car I wanted. The dealership is really nice, there is a cafe with free beverage and snacks for prospective buyers. They customize the sale experince for you whether its with a bow or flowers. They even upgrade my rims and put on new tires. The buying process literally took minutes. I actually spent more time on the phone with Gieco. (15 minutes or less) with them as well. it was amazing.

Worst possible transaction
After finding the car that I wanted on this site I went to Lexus of Queens and asked if the car was available. After being told that it was, I took a test drive and decided to buy the car. After going home to get some items needed to finance the car, I was told that there was other interest in the car and that I should fork down a Thousand dollar deposit, which I gladly did. Today, Monday December 12, two days later after the sales agent didn't return my calls I finally got through and was told THAT THE CAR WAS ALREADY SOLD!!! He offered to sell me similar cars, but I refused as his credibility was shot. I had better get my $1000 back! A great looking dealership, but a horrible experience!

Mr. Friedberg,As the General Manager of our dealership I would first like to offer my sincere apology for your less than positive experience while trying to purchase a pre-owned Lexus from us.There was a definite lack of communication between one of our managers and your sales associate on whether that particular vehicle was still available at the time it was offered for sale to you. The fact that it was truly sold, and being picked up that same day is obviously not your problem but ours. I have reviewed our prodecures on keeping our staff up to date on our available inventory and have placed certain safeguards in place to ensure that someone else does not experience what you did.
