A very pleasant experience. Marc is a quick and efficient manager. I was in and out very quickly. I was given a loaner while my car was repaired.

i was pleased with the vehicle i found and its condition. i was not pleased with the process to transfer my belongings from my old car to the recently purchased car. i had to do that myself for the first time ever when i purchased a car. they could just tell you that is your responsibility but they did not. they tried to say they did it and they did not do it completely. now the tire pressure warning light is on and i see they did not calibrate the tire pressure. i am making another trip to the dealer and it doesn't make me happy. .

Excellent dealership, I really like the manager of Autobarn. He gave me his card to call whenever I needed to. When I called him, he called me right back. The customer area is always clean and comfortable. Once when I was sitting waiting on my car the manager came, sat with me and talked with me for a while. It made my wait time go a lot faster. Nice people to do business with.
