Terrible Service experience! 3 hours for an oil change...
Terrible Service experience! 3 hours for an oil change and to fix my remote start. What business tell you to come in at 10am for a 1 1/2 hour appointment then allows the technician (Armando) to leave at 11 (before he’s finished) to take a 1 1/2 hour lunch??? Meanwhile I’m sitting there waiting for him to come back. No one else was allowed to finish his work so that I could leave?!? The service adviser moved my car out of the bay and warned me to not ask Armando to finish the job because he was upset that he was called back from lunch and “might do something to my car”! What company lets an employee get away with screaming at his manager and has a reputation of damaging cars if he is upset! CRAZY! Never going back! BTW I bought 2 cars there in the last year - so much for being a good customer
