Sherman Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM

Jeep stops running after startup- remote inop am told to wait 2-3weeks for fix- now I’m forced to keep my foot on accelerator to build rpms before engine will run- 3 weeks for repair unacceptable

Good service. Arrived for my 1 pm appointment and they had me out the door within a hour. Unfortunately too cold for them to wash my jeep!

Purchased a truck from you years ago and was pretty happy with the experience. When I received a recall notice on another vechicle I figured you guys would cover the work just fine. In addition to the recall I asked them to do an additional repair. After dropping it off I received a call from the service department. He said the part would be $33. I thought great that seems reasonable. After telling me that he said there would be an hour of labor. I guess I should have asked what that would cost be. I'm guessing it was a five minute repair. well the $33 part turned into a bill over $200. I cant see into the future, but cant imagine ever stepping foot into the place again.

Love the service I always get at Sherman Dodge; however, found the prices a bit high. Also I was unable to access your internet service in the waiting area. So I had to leave instead of working while I waited.

Sherman was amazing and gave me a great deal on my new truck. Very kind and helpful staff helped me find my new car. Would recommend them to anyone!

I bought a brand new 2021 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited here. I was pressured by my salesman into filling out the survey for the car so I did. The problem is my survey is inaccurate ( he told me give me perfect score) as I was pressured into filling it out. Before my BRAND NEW car even hit 200 miles it had been in the shop twice. A brand new car should not need to be serviced that quickly. Do not trust any of the positive reviews online as they refuse to remove them. BUY ELSEWHERE
