Koeppel Nissan

I've bought a bunch of new cars in the past. I bought an used car this time. Dealership is ok, nothing special. I don't really know how they get all 5's. I keep receiving junk mail after the purchase too. They will email you, call you and send junk mail. I would advise everyone to shop around and visit a couple places, the prices will be similar.

My family and I have dealt with Koeppel Nissan for almost four years, my sister in law has bought two cars from them and my wife and I have bought a Pathfinder, Rogue, And finally my Armada fully loaded. I can happily say that the service that koeppel Nissan extends to their customers goes above and beyond any Car Dealership that I have evr dealt with before. I highly recommend this Dealership to anyone that wants to buy a car and never feel as they were hassled or taken when buying a car, these guy's are great people and great customer service oriented. We purchesed a 2010 Ford Mustang with 25000 miles on it. Joe Clem worked with us on a great price. The car needed a few things to be done to it. Joe stepped up and sent the car into his service department. They did a oil and filter change, replaced the air filter, 4 NEW Tires, wheel alignment, New floor mats and more. The car had 2 OEM master keys and 1 valet key with a complete set of owners manuals. Saiful Islam had the car completely detailed and filled the tank with gas. Needless to say when they finished the CAR LOOKED AND DROVE LIKE IT JUST CAME OUT OF THE NEW CAR SHOWROOM. If your in the market for a New or Used car THIS IS THE PLACE TO PURCHASE.When we need another car we will go back to KOEPPEL NISSAN.

I started by quest for a new-used vehicle for about 3 months now,I look and look for weeks,I would spend hours online just trying to see what car or suv I wanted and could maintain,as time pass I went to diffrent dealerships where I felt the cars where not EXPENSIVE BUT THEY WERE WAY OVERPRICE,after a few more weeks of looking I went in to koeppel nissan with a print out of the car I was interested in at a price that was right within my budget,I spoke to pablo who made this transaction SUPER EASY from the first phone conversation we had,when I walk into the koeppel main office,right away I was attended too with service not found nowhere else,pablo had his best sale person take me to see the car,david garcia,he was very knowledgeable about the car I wanted and knew all their is about cars,I drove the car.like it,made an offer and within a few hours I was driving home in a new car with no hassel whatsoever.KOEPPEL NISSAN IS THE BEST DEALERSHIP IN NYC!!!! I was very pleased overall with the experience at Koeppel. I didn't feel pushed or pressured, Saiful did everything to help us into our new car. Phillip was great taking us for a test drive, and Tony did good things for us in the financing department. I would definately recommend this dealership to friends and family.

My sales person was Liliana, she knew her car. Very straight forward,and very nice. The financial person Mr. Cheung and the manager worked with us until they got us at a price we felt comfortable with by using incentives and working the numbers until we were satisfied. Our trade went well and our purchase was a smooth transaction. We weren't even thinking about buying a car that same day. We just went in to talk numbers since we knew exacty what we wanted from our previous experience last month with Bay Ridge Nissan. They were aweful, their finance managers are manipulative crooks. The sales people don't know what they are talking about.We literally walked away from the deal after spending 2 days a total on 6 hours back and forth. Although there have been a few glitches, I've been satisfied with the service performed on my vehicle. I've taken it to Koeppel for the entire 5 years I've owned it.

I was looking with my husband for a new car and we stop at NISSAN KOEPPEL. When I park my old car I saw a sale person named Wilson.He was very helpfull and provided us with the best assistance possidle.I was very satisfied with the patience and informa- tion,while I looked for a new car and I bought it.Wilson was great.

Went to Koeppel seeking an Armada I saw online for a great price! When I got there, it was actually cheaper and they worked out an even better price to suit my financial needs. Didn't feel pressured, or overwhelmed with the process of paperwork. Thanks Albert!!!

Was looking for a car in the Auto trader and found a deal that looked to good to be true. Called Customer Service and Melissa picked up and right way helped me out. Introduced me to Wes, the salesman, and found the car I was looking for. 2007 Honda Accord in MINT shape. He made the whole purchase pain free. From the test drive to sealing the deal with the Finance Officer...... Great experience, Great place!!........Period!
