Service was exceptional, and the web tells me I got a very good deal ! First went in on an extremely busy weekend to ask a few brief questions. Jim was extremely nice and took time to answer, even though he was clearly in the middle of a lot, I went back a few days later when it was less busy to finalize the sale. The process couldn't have been easier. Additionally, the reason I chose Koeppel to purchase my new Mazda CX5 is because I purchased my previous CX5 at another dealer, but had all my service done at Koeppel. Their service department was consistently outstanding, so it was a slam dunk to purchase from them. In 5 years of dealing with Koeppel I have found every person I've come in contact with friendly and helpful. Clearly coming from top down. Thanks guys !

I enjoyed my experience working with Christopher, Lendle, Saiful and Steve. Christopher did an excellent job explaining all the details and perks of the CPO car I was interested in. I left the dealership feeling very knowledgeable. In fact, I ended up knowing more about the car than salespeople at other dealerships. Lendle was also very patient in sitting with me and setting up the car once I purchased it. I believe that Saiful gave me a fair price, though I was hoping he would come down a bit further on it. However, I feel confident that he offered me the car at the lowest price he could, because otherwise he wouldn't have let me walk out of the dealership without trying to first bargain with me. I worked with Steve on settling all the paperwork, which was effortless and quick. All in all it was a really pleasant experience. I didn't feel that I was being talked down to or pushed too hard. I also think that I got a great deal on my car. Would certainly recommend.

I first came in November to look at cars and went for a test drive with Jim Mendez who explained everything in depth about the SUV. I wasn't sure if I wanted a small sports car or an SUV so I decided to wait a little longer to make a final decision. I was given e-mails about the cars since I was interested, but was never pushed into making a purchase. I came back 6 months later and I saw a blue Mazda 3 which I fell in love with immediately. Jim Mendez remembered me from 6 months ago and he was available for a test drive. He was patient, and informative about the car. He explained in detail about what needs to be done in order to buy the car (e.g. certified check, insurance Id card, and binder). He answered all my questions. I was also taken care of by Steve Kontonicolaou. He went above and beyond to help me get the approval. He stayed at work until 9:45 pm making calls to help me and it was such a blessing to hear that I got approval. He gave me great advice with the finances. I'm so happy with my new car. It was exactly what I wanted. What a wonderful group of humble, respectful, and helpful people who are there for you. This was such a great experience. The Koeppel Mazda family made our car shopping experience seamless. We never once felt pressured or rushed into purchasing a vehicle. Saiful (Sales Manager) is a class act. He continuously shares his expertise and wisdom with his customers during the entire process. This was something I was able to witness first hand. Jim (Asst. Sales Manager) is extremely knowledgeable about the Mazda brand. Jim is amazing with following up. He went above and beyond when I had questions about the different models. This dealership is top notch! Raul went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the car I was most comfortable with. He gave me suggestions and advice, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever. After I decided on a car the process was absolutely painless. So quick and professional. I felt like family by the end of the whole process! Worthy of 10 stars! Everything was exceptional, did not feel pushed or rushed! The manager, Mr. Saiful Islam is an honest and hardworking man who cares deeply about his employees. His interaction with them and with us made us feel at ease and comfortable with our first ever car purchase. Each person on his team goes above and beyond to make sure you get the car you want, at the budget you can afford and works with lenders to make sure you know your rights and what is coming in the total agreement. We had to go back twice to the dealership each after work at 7pm and Mr. Islam, Steve, Jay all stayed beyond their 9pm hrs to help us. We felt like we were at Tiffany's not at a car dealership!

I had Jay as my salesman, and he was super great, helped me with everything, and got me the car of my dreams! Nicest and realist down to earth person I know. Everybody there was great in general, loved this dealership! Many thanks for everything.
