Went in the same day and bought a car the same day, Josiah was very friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable and helped my dad pick out his car. We had above and beyond service at the dealership and didn’t feel at all pressured. We recommend seeing Josiah for any potential cars.

Zakir is flexible and reliable. Most importantly he keeps his word. We purchased a CPO 2015 CRV, there was some items missing from the car that was not Zakir's fault. Despite his busy schedule, he accommodated us and he kept his word.

Nicole Diaz was very helpful in our initial contact with Paragon Honda. She made sure that questions were answered and that we were getting what we wanted in our car. Nicole then connected us to John Santiago who handled the purchasing process for us. John was not only attentive, timely and professional - he went out of his way to make everything as seamless as possible for our family; he drove to our town in NJ twice in a two day period to facilitate paper work & to deliver the car. He is thoughtful and completely on point to what will support customers at every stage of the purchasing process. We were highly impressed with the dealership overall and with the various people besides Nicole and John who helped in the process. My initial starting point was actually at another dealership in which they weren't as transparent with me in regards to deals, financing etc..My wife an i wanted to get more information on the vehicle we wanted to purchase. SO i happen to go to Paragon for more information. Of the bat Mahesh was amazing with his desire to make me happy and give us the best rates for our budget. He was clear and precise and knowledgeable. It was smooth. I really thought we got a great deal and Mahesh just made that an excellent experience. I most definitely would recommend this dealership and this agent.

Please never ever go to this place. This morning I brought my car to the service shop on 31th ave. at 7 am, and they start check my car at 9am and by 1130am my car was fixed and ready to go. The total cost of parts was $282 but the xxxxing Labor was $1060 for 2 1/2 hours work. xxx. What a xxxxing ripped off? worst place ever.

Mike was such a professional and was able to answer all my questions. He took his time and walked me through the process of car buying from the very beginning until the very end when I drove away in my new ride!
