The whole experience in the show room was very personal and realistic. I was able to test drive the car I was interested in right away, look at colors,... and promptly talk numbers. The salespeople are aware that they have good quality vehicles and they don't need to beg you to buy from them. They want to know if you're truly interested in a purchase and that's it. I worked with Danielle and she was very personable and professional throughout my visit to Paragon. The Memorial Day sales event was a little misleading as it did not entail any specific discount, but I was still able to work with Danielle to find an agreeable price.

John Santiago was super easy to work with. He was willing to meet us out in New Jersey from Queens to come to us to show us the car. We ended up going... to his dealership in Queens. He was willing to adjust after we hit rush hour traffic and were late for our appointment. He was super friendly and explained things very well and made it easy to understand. He was efficient with the whole paperwork process. Floor mats were delivered as promised. I would recommend John Santiago to anybody on the market for a car. I love my Accord from Paragon Honda as well!

Bought a certified pre-owned car. Experience was terrible. Had to spend 4 1/2 hours in the dealership when I came in to pick up the car even after I had... filled out all possible paperwork in advance. Then my year old "certified" vehicle was missing a volume know, piece of the console exposing metal brackets, had floor mats thrown in the back, my name was spelled wrong on the title application, and on and on. I have since called 4 times to speak to someone about my experience and have not gotten a call back. I hope the car really was properly prepared to be a certified vehicle. I do not recommend a visit here.
