Bait and switch - don't trust whet they say

I was assured the car was available via email. I immediately made an appointment to see the car. When I arrive an hour later I was told the car was sold earlier that day but they had other cars they could show me. Classic bait and switch.

I had to wait so long for an oil change!

I had to wait so long for an oil change! Got there at 9:30 and legit left at 1:45 pm. Upon arrival I informed them my check engine light was on! As im standing outside because there was not enough seats inside, one of the mechanincs drives my car off the lot and returns about 6 mins later! Never has a nissan dealer drove my car off the lot to see what was wrong with my car! After that long wait around 1:20 pm I ask about my car and they mention about 10 items wrong with my car and was charging me 2,000 dollars just for two jobs to get done on my car! I felt as if they were super over priced compare to other dealers I have went too! Dont even mention the hot mess they have to even get inside to get your information over to people at the front desk! Would not reccomend this place!

This was my worst experience.

This was my worst experience. I have been leasing and buying cars since 2005. They say one thing and then do another. They kept saying will fix my contract and we will fix the contract and never did. At the end when I went to redo my contract due to Nissan wanting me to do something out of contract, The finance manager John Farley and General Sales manager Paul Gibson said I was not able to take the contract home to review. It was a scam to steal 50 percent of my deposit money. They said they would get me paperwork on how they came up with taking $4,000, but I have yet to receive a reason or any kind of paperwork. I would recommend no one buy from this place. I like Nissan's but having dealerships like Nissan of queens makes Nissan a terrible company.
