My wife and I recently leased a 2025 BMW X3 30 from BMW of Freeport, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the process was seamless, professional, and stress-free, thanks to the exceptional service provided by our salesman, Jonathan Gardiner and the team at BMW of Freeport. I must say it again, Jonathan was outstanding. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in helping me find the perfect vehicle to suit our needs. He took the time to answer all our questions with clarity and transparency. His friendly and no-pressure approach made us feel confident and comfortable throughout the decision-making process. The dealership itself was equally impressive. The facility was clean, welcoming, and well-organized, and the entire staff was courteous and attentive. They offered competitive lease terms, and we felt that the pricing was fair and transparent with no hidden fees or surprises. The paperwork process was efficient, and they worked with us to ensure everything was completed smoothly and on time. Summary: My experience with BMW of Freeport was extremely disappointing and frustrating. I purchased a 5 Series at a fair price but encountered severe communication issues, delays, and critical post-purchase vehicle problems that remain unresolved. Most concerning was receiving the vehicle with significant safety issues, reflecting a clear lack of proper pre-delivery inspection and accountability. I cannot recommend this dealership. Detailed Review: I recently purchased a 5 Series from BMW of Freeport, expecting a premium and professional buying experience. Unfortunately, from the outset, communication and transparency were seriously lacking. After placing a deposit and obtaining financing approval, I faced consistent delays and confusion regarding the interest rate, payment details, and vehicle delivery schedule. My sales advisor, Curtis, repeatedly provided vague responses, attributing delays to absences within the finance team, which caused unnecessary stress. Upon receiving the vehicle, I immediately discovered critical safety and drivability issues that should have been addressed during pre-delivery inspections. These included severely warped and rusted brake rotors, bent wheels causing noticeable instability and vibration, multiple malfunctioning driver assistance systems, and a substantial rear differential leak. Returning to BMW of Freeport under the dealership’s 60-day warranty, I’ve experienced further frustration. While the service manager is currently coordinating with the sales team, the overall experience of buying a vehicle in such unsafe and unacceptable condition has significantly impacted my satisfaction. I strongly advise potential buyers to thoroughly inspect and document every detail prior to purchasing from this dealership. Given the severity of these overlooked issues, I remain skeptical about BMW of Freeport’s commitment and ability to properly rectify them.

Johnathan is an excellent salesman.

Johnathan is an excellent salesman. He is an avid professional. He is not pushy, he is very patient and fought to get my daughter the car of her dreams at her price point. He worked hard, he was understanding and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. We are truly grateful that we had such a positive interaction with him and the staff at BMW Freeport. We have been loyal customers at BMW Freeport and plan on continuing our relationship with the dealership more so based on our wonderful experience with Johnathan. He was the icing on the cake. We highly recommend him.
