North Shore Honda

Wish I could give zero stars. Wife and I bought a minivan in May. The interest rate on the loan was over 7%. Rich, the finance manager assured us we would qualify for free refinancing at about 2.5%. The difference would have been close to $100 per month. Apparently this is done by North Shore once a year according to Rich. Now it’s mid October, no one has contacted me and Rich never returned any of my calls. So I guess I’m out $7,000 in interest on a terrible loan that I otherwise never would have agreed to. Not to mention the bum tire that loses about 10psi of air per week. Our salesman Derek told the TPMS light came on during the test drive because it’s just very sensitive to the temperature change. Good one. I guess they will say whatever’s necessary to sell you something.

I found the 2017 jeep I was looking for online at this Honda dealership ! I called spoke with Jose Diaz .. the sales rep.. set appointment and was very impressed with service and the price I received as well as the friendly and courteous team who helped me!
