Buying made easy!

I put off buying a new/used car for years simply because I couldn’t bear the thought of reliving the nightmare buying experience I had last time around. Penn Toyota completely changed that for me. My salesman Chris K was upfront and honest and made the buying experience an absolute pleasure! Best of all, there was no BS when it came to financing. With finance director, Sean, there was complete transparency. He got me the best rate and I was in and out the door with my new Prius in no time at all. They notified me by text for inspection renewal today and...

They notified me by text for inspection renewal today and brought in, as realized they have two drive through as waiting told me door I was waiting in not in service as I waited, no mentioned of only one door is working, no apology as said what do you want? No welcoming no what can they do such nice words, nothing. As I was notified they said I need alignment adjustment as they never took out test drive, later I took out when ready tested myself driving without hands as well as hit the break without hands, if needed it vehicle should leaning sides if alignment needs it. That’s not all, after waiting for 30 minutes I went to service advisor if my highlander would be ready, advisor telling me it will take al least one hour and never seen it takes less than hour, what? So I just looked at him and said nothing, as I was walking back to rest area I noticed my suv was parked outside, I asked can I go pay and leave, her response was somebody is write the bill, waited 10 minutes and confronted manager whom was busy but there was salesman so I asked him if I can, he brought me to cashier as saying to you quote ‘ so you want to pay and go, right?, not once he repeated twice. So after waited almost one hour, I left with sour tasted. This dealer make name Toyota ugly and awful. Such great vehicles Toyota is I would never go back, oh by the way they never thank me as I was leaving, most dealers are very appreciated as they get customers back, yes I bought the vehicles from this location, being with over 10 years of this industry I never expected this kind of customer services, if any managers or owner reads this remark, you need to train your staff more courteous and thankful to your customers, they never apologize and totally ignores you, only when you purchase you guys kiss our xxx.

Parts dept gave me the wrong micro filter for my truck...

Parts dept gave me the wrong micro filter for my truck (by VIN). When I returned to get the correct filter I was met with an attitude by the parts counterman like I was inconveniencing him. Figured I would help local business, back to ordering parts online.

One star for the hard work in mastering the art of verbal apologies. Actions speak louder than words, and after three awful experiences with their service department, I decided to leave this review. My service rep (Damien) always makes me wait twenty five to thirty minutes after the completion of my service to complete my paperwork--so he can take new customers. You always have to raise your voice and ask for a manager to get the service rep to complete your paperwork. The average wait time for oil changes etc is way longer than other dealerships that I have dealt with--its their lack of staff and or system set up, along with lackadaisical service reps like mine. Customer relations managers in the service area tend to give lip service, and not address issues when complaints are made. It was much easier to actually buy the Rav4 than get it serviced in this dealership. My coworker had the same problems and we both have a solution. We will switch back to Hondas. We love Toyota cars but the aggravation in getting it serviced is not worth the free two years service. Owning a Toyota should be a great experience and the service department at Penn Toyota just continually kills the experience. You wonder how a family owned business can be run like this.

Hi Mr. Gornetzki, Thank you for your review. We apologize that you feel you had a negative experience. It is never our intention to have any of our customers wait longer than absolutely necessary. We agree that at times, our service department does get busy, and services can take longer than expected. However, you were among several other customers on Saturday who were in and out within an hour to an hour and a half. You were checked in at 9:07 and you were out by 10:22. You had requested to speak to our General Manager who has reached out to you several times since Monday. He has yet to hear back from you. 2018 Camry xle

I got almost new 2018 Camry xle with 8,000 mileage for less than 24 grand! Saw d AD on car guru, me and my wife drove all the way from Boston, met Vinny and got the car that same day. That's incredible! Thanks Vinny, be expecting calls from my friends soon.

I have been leasing my cars from Penn Toyota for the last 20 years. Joni has leased me my last three Toyotas. She is very professional and addressed all my concerns and was very patient with me. Joni made me very comfortable in my decision to lease a 2020 Corolla. She assured me that I can call her at any time I have any questions or concerns. Thank you once again for a great experience!

brought my parents to get a prius but ended up with a RAV4

Very friendly and great service. Jossie showed us Prius but did not find the V with five trim. She was very professional and helpful in showing us RAV 4 hybrid. No pressure sell or financial gimmicks. Sean was very helpful in obtaining financing needs. I highly recommend this place and will be going back in the future.
