John Berto is an excellent salesman. He completely took care of me and showed me how everything works in my new car. Bob Jackson assisted me with signing the paperwork and was very attentive to my needs. The dealership itself is beautiful and everyone is friendly. This is the second time I am leasing from this dealership and I felt like I got my money's worth. I will come back when my lease expires.

Dealt with Karen in Customer Service and Dennis in Service as the Tech. What patience and attention to detail! Every step of the process they were helpful and courteous. Highly recommend working with them. They were determined to get my issues resolved and did.

Karen was very helpful and I am very thankful for the entire Ford team. I was out of town on business and my car broke down and needed major work. I managed to get to the dealer and they had my engine fixed in less than 3 hours.

Car was in for service to repair pressure hose, antifreeze change, new tires, oil change, blend door repair. Spoke to Karen when car was left off for servicing. Immediately she organized a loner vehicle until all repairs were completed. Parts had to be ordered and when received the remaining work was completed. Had the loner vehicle for 6 days which was an experience due to the size of the ford explorer. Returned the loner and I am now driving my newly serviced 10 year old Sable.
