Had a very pleasant experience. Although my Explorer was found to have an issue that required extensive work. My advisor John Lydon kept me informed all the time and advisong me that Warranty would cover the repairs. Had the car delivered to my house upon completion. Overall a very good experience.

I always receive excellent service from Rich Fiedler. I could not ask for better service advisors. Karen, Rich and John Lydon are personable and thorough and always greet me by name whenever I come in. Also, Maria in the parts department has always been excellent. I've known her since the 90's, and Bob Jackson in Finance, too!
