The great folks at Hempstead Ford once again took care of me and my family in a time of great need. 8:00 pm the previous night to avoid an accident I had to serve off the road and jump a curb and popped my tire front tire. I showed up the next morning with a very bad leak with no appointment and they immediately took care of the issue. i had my truck back in a very short time. My experience was amazing John explained so many important things to me, set me up with Blue tooth for my phone (which I had no idea how to do,it) told me how to use emergency brake,explained how when you stop for a light engine stops but starts up immediately when you hit the brake.

I went to this dealership head strong and not wanting to purchase right away however, salesman Edy was on top of his game and was able to get me blue book value for my trade in and a host of other discounts.
