My Leasing of 2017 Rav 4
On a recent visit for service to Millennium Toyota, I inquired at the desk of Mr. D'Von McGleese about my options of turning in my 2015 Rav 4 for the 2017 model. He patiently explained the benefits in my case, of the options of buying vs leasing. I have never leased a vehicle before but I feel confident that I made the right decision and will definitely look for Mr McGleese and refer my friends, when they or I look for a new car. Done right!!
We purchased our certified used Highlander from Millennium in February. We were given an IOU to fix a dent in the door that we found only after we had signed the papers. Sharif was great with us, dealing problem-solving for us right away during the sale and with the same efficiency when we brought it back to them this month. He gave us a loaner for the week it was at the body shop and we got it back looking beautiful inside and out. So pleased with all of our interactions with Millennium so far.

Horrible experience
Went to buy a car fri night it took 5 min to pick out the car and 10 min to decide on the price. Then it was downhill from there. Waited 2 hours to do paperwork so satuarday I could just come in and pay for the car and sign paperwork. I waited another 2 hours on sat with an appointment. Then I go to take the car and it has 2 scratches 10-12 inches long. So now I had to wait anothe 45 min so they could find a replacement car. Offered me $1000 off another car. So now they said the would call me Sunday when all paperwork and the car was ready so I wouldn't have to wait. Guess what I waited over 1 hour again. Last time I buy a car there. It's there loss because that was my 9 th car I purchased there now I will take my business elsewhere

Loved my salesperson
My salesperson Dvon McGleese was the absolute BEST!!! He was so patient and understanding with my indecisiveness. There was no pressure at all. The sales manager Jeff made it his personal mission to make sure I had a payment I was comfortable with. Even signing paperwork with Sam Taylor went smoothly. They all made sure I understood everything. Best car buying experience ever!!! Thank you Jeff, Sam and especially Dvon for taking such good care of me!!!!

This past Saturday (April 22) my son and I brought my daughter's 2016 Camry to the service department at Millennium Toyota for the vehicle's scheduled maintenance. The vehicle was ready for pick-up in less than one full hour. Customer service rep Yokely Pena was once again on hand to handle everything for us in her typical commendably courteous and professional manner. The prior Saturday (April 15) we brought in my daughter-in-law's 2015 RAV4 for servicing and had the same great experience with Yokely and Millennium's service department. Next up, we have an appointment schedule for this forthcoming Saturday (April 29) for the maintenance servicing of my wife's 2016 RAV 4. Millennium's service department is the best, and the same applies to Yokely. Let it be know that neither has ever disappointed us.

I would highly recommend Millennium Toyota when shopping for a used vehicle. Unlike some dealerships the atmosphere was friendly and there was no sales pressure.Natasha provided me with a fantastic experience when searching for a used vehicle.
