Avoid this dealership at all cost.

Avoid this dealership at all cost. They use manipulative language to tell you whatever you want to hear to suck you in. They advertise the VIP program promising complimentary oil change for the first year in any jeep dealership, this is total xxxxxxxx. They advertise free key replacement, this is also total xxxxxxxx. They will attempt to rip you off in multiple phases. First, on the price of the vehicle with no room for negotiation as they say. Then your introduced to the finance manager who will use manipulative deceiving tactics to overcharge you in every way possible. Of course he come over with a tiny post-it note and tell you what your monthly payments will be rather than focus on the itemized specifics such as warranty costs and finance charge. They will sell you an overpriced warranty with a short coverage. They will add percentage points on your finance charge and tell u this is the best that the bank is giving. They have multiple phases that they can try to rip you off and they will do just that. The finance manager at westbury jeep is a total manipulative crook.Avoid this dealership!

Bought a “brand new” Jeep Wrangler.

Bought a “brand new” Jeep Wrangler. Didn’t realize until after I had possession of the car that it came with a very visible scratch on the fender and the interior plastic was detached. They attempted to fix the plastic with a new piece but did a poor job. It’s still separated and there was styrofoam crammed in to keep it together. The scratch - offered to fix it for free but warned me it won’t be as good as the original factory paint. This type of stuff should never happen on a new car. I am stuck with it now and after 4 weeks already can’t wait for the lease to be over so I can dump it. Stay away or spend significant time inspecting your “new” car if you buy from here for damage.

Brought my 2024 vehicle in for service for hatch back not working they kept my vehicle for 32 days my service tech Frank never called when I called he promised me every thurs and Friday it would be ready I had to pay for a rental I have been using this service dept for 20 years and always had great service my service rep Frank just did not care and kept telling me b/s every week I hope u can straighten out this problem and don’t let people who have bad attitudes ruining ur quality thank u for ur time

New truck

We were shopping for months for a truck in this crazy market and Westbury keep dealership gave us the best deal and options. Osris was so accommodating from when we ordered the truck in between and through production down to signing which was so smooth and easy !!! the truck is amazing we can't be any more happy with the amazing experience....big shout out to our car dealer Osris Batista he didn't miss a detail and his communication through it all was amazing !! Go see him for your next car or truck you won't be disappointed!

Beware of the Service Department at this Dealship

I bought my Grand Cherokee at the dealership and the sales people were fine. Courteous. Typical back and forth at a dealership about price etc but all fine. However, when I brought my car in to have it inspected and to rotate the tires after just one year, the service department failed the car for inspection because they said I needed new tires. I had less than 10k miles on the car. I had a big fight with them about it and they also tried to charge me for the tire rotation-why would you rotate bad tires. Anyway, I refused to pay and took my car to Good Year since the car had Good Year tires on them. Good Year told me that nothing was wrong with the tires. They had normal service cracking but since Grand Prix failed for inspection, they legally had to give me new tires. They also told me that the tires were under warranty so I could get new tires under warranty-something Grand Prix failed to tell me. I still had to pay a couple of hundred dollars for the tires but the warranty covered most of the cost. When I called and told Grand Prix about this, they didn't do a thing. So be very wary of bringing your car in for service.

Best customer service - no pressure experience

From start to finish (which was AMAZING and very quick) this was hands down the best car purchasing experience I have ever had. CJ and Kazi were fantastic. They were so efficient and answering all my questions and got me into the exact car of my dreams in less than a week. I would STRONGLY recommend this dealership!

The delayed refund game

I hate that they take their time to return a deposit, I understand it’s 3 days but anything more is just them playing games. I had the same issue with them a couple of years back and I had to email the owner of the dealership in order to receive my deposit. On the plus the sales rep martin is such a great guy! Hes not pushy or anything and he’s calm about things and he puts out such great vibe, it just sucks that when it doesn’t work out for them they start to play games with your money. Now here I am again calling day after day regarding my deposit and I keep getting the same response, “oh he will call you back” and nothing. Personally I feel like the secretary couldn’t care less and probably forgets to even relay the message. I don’t know, it’s discouraging and it makes me not want to go back even tho some people there are amazing and great! P.S Jimmy in finance is a cool dude too so if you can, handle things with him after speaking to Martin

Don’t waste your time

I purchased a car 2 years ago had a great experience so I wanted to upgrade to a new ram I did the ez purchase they offer online went even as far to hit the button to get approved before you go down also put in my trade information on the system it offered me 37750 for the trade. So I finished doing everything online went to the dealership to finalize the deal and they asked for my keys then proceeded to look at my truck came back and said we can only give you 32k for my truck so after I had my credit ram online to get the approval I based in the ez deal on their website they dropped the ball and now have a hard inquiry on my credit I will never go back to them again after this

Great experience

Tom Cunniff was an amazing sales professional. Took his time, explained everything and stayed after closing. After two days if I had any questions on my purchase he still made time to answer in a timely manner! This is my second Jeep Wrangler from Westbury Jeep and I’m happy!
