Very good
They are very professional and well organised. The over all experience was very pleasing. They explained every single part of the deal to me with patience. Due some reasons from my side, I was unable to go forward with the purchase. But whenever I will plan for my purchase in future, This will be the dealer ill consider first.

Buying Experience
Westbury Chrysler is a very well organized dealership. My purchase of a used Chrysler was a pleasure from start to finish,the salesman was informative and professional.I could not afford a new car at this point but hopefully in 2 years I will buy a new Chrysler from Westbury.

Worst Dealership
I recently purchase a used cargo van,i made an appointment for a wheel alignment when i reach the service department they make me wait 45min in my van to tell me it cant fit on there rack they had to send it out that i would had to wait an additional 4 hours. While i was waiting for my turn for a rep to help me they keep skipping me and go to the other customers behind me and take there information i felt like they did'nt appreciate my business.

Would never go back
Went in to purchase a new Dodge and got no where fast. The sales people were rude and diesrespectful and they really had no desire to help me out. I've heard great things about this dealership and this totally surprised me. I was told I would get a fantastic deal because they have so much new inventory and that wasn't even the case. Their price compared to other dealerships was much higher and they gave me an attitude when I said and showed them I can get a lower price.

no success
tried to communicate and execute a sale. Couldn't seem to get it to happen. Yes it was a virtual kind of sale but i do them all the time. I may try and give them another chance or it's possible they don't need my business which is certainly there right.
