Ed was professional, courteous and very friendly too! The process to buy my new Jeep took WAY longer than expected. So I appreciate his dedication into helping us solve the issue. He definitely deserves a raise for his hard work. Amy was also very professional and explained things well.

Great Experience
We bought a Pacifica from here last night and it was a great experience. Our salesman Ed Hyne was great. Super nice and helpful, didn't pressure us and wasn't a conman like most car salesman are. We live all the way in Suffolk County and would come to Westbury again. The Chrysler dealer in Smithtown is absolutely awful. If you live in Suffolk, do yourself the favor and take the half hour drive to here instead. BIG difference.

Very easy
Was very easy to purchase a vehicle during this time. They took great steps to make sure the showroom was clean and sanitized. Gave me a good deal on a SUV and would buy from them again.

Awesome experience at Westbury Jeep
My experience at Westbury Jeep was fantastic. Phil and Matt helped us find the car that was perfect for us. They were knowledgeable and guided us without any pressure. We are thrilled with our new Cherokee and can't thank them enough for making this purchase so pleasant.

awful experience at westbury with Kazi Haque
I would strongly advise my friends and family against going to this dealership. I accompanied my brother to the dealership. What ensued was a deceitful and disrespectful display of behavior by the dealership's sales manager, Kazi Haque. Kazi very literally said to us that "Ads are designed to bring people in" (when referencing the disparity between the ad price and their proposed price) and if we didn't like the price, the "door was open." But for his actions, we would have walked out of there with two trucks. We were looking for a pickup that the dealership was advertising and the numbers we were initially presented were significantly higher. We were told the ad had to be formally presented and it was akin to a "Groupon" - We presented the ad, from their website, the salesperson confirmed the availability of cars meeting the spec and presented us with revised numbers that still included "fees" that were not listed in the ad - We indicated that the difference between us signing and not were the fees that were not included in the fine print of the ad- he requested leave to speak to a manager. The manager, Kazi Haque approached us and said the numbers were what they were and that "ads are designed to bring people in" - I took exception to that and told him that "ads are supposed to reflect the sales price and not be deceptive" - Kazi then said that if we didn't like the price, the "door is open" Shocked, I asked for a superior, Kazi indicated he was the manager and his superiors were not in. I asked for a business card, he said "take three." Of greater concern than being disrespected, is that the powers-that-be leave him in charge of the dealership and their brand. My concern will be addressed with Chrysler and the appropriate consumer protection agencies.

Mr Hajee, Thank you for taking the time to write a review on your experience with us. Unfortunately, some of your information is not accurate as you are stating here. All Westbury Jeep advertisements are designed so that anyone can come in yo lease or purchase a particular vehicle without discrimination, providing you meet the qualifying criteria. Ads have to be presented, the same as any other business and it states that on the website and newspaper. You were offered the ad as we stated it. During your discussion with the salesperson you were becoming annoyed with the taxes associated with the rebates. You claimed to have purchased 10 cars but had never paid taxes on any rebates. In NY state it is mandatory for a consumer to pay taxes on any rebates given to them. I would like to refer you to publication 839 (7/10) on the Department of taxation and Finance website for further clarification. You asked us to run three different scenarios aside from the ad, which we did and we simply could not agree to a deal. Westbury Jeep does not charge the tax on rebates, we simply collect them. The ad is valid through October 31st on an in stock unit. If you are interested in that deal please contact me directly and I will be more than happy to help you. Will not call us back
We were dealing with Salesman Martin a very friendly and knowledgable person. We agreed on a 2019 Grand Cherokee with a V 8 engine. W We took a test drive in a similar 2017 V 8. The vehicle we wanted was said to be stored in a Bethpage Grumman lot. Wife made a telephone contact two weeks ago With Martin and he ageed to call us back with a final price. No call back, no email contact as of date of this review. We made two email contact us attempts, still no contact. We were going to pay with cash and a trade in. I believe dealer likes financing and leasing better than cash. Still waiting to hear from the # one dealer.

Trying to schedule Recall Service on my Vehicle
Having an issue with starting and stalling of my car, my repairman told me there is a Recall on the Fuel relay. Called Westbury who sold me the car, If I want a loner car, i have to wait 2 Months. If I just want to schedule the work, I can get am apointment ONE MONTH frfom Now. Are you kidding me!!!
