I sent emails out to 5 Honda Long Island NY dealerships asking for a lease on a 2022 Accord with $6,000 in equity to be traded in on my old lease. I advised I wanted to pay zero down, just the DMV fees and taxes only. I wanted quotes emailed back to me noting I was not coming to their dealership until I received a quote via e-mail. I also told them I would be reviewing their dealership and the way they treated me on internet on various automotive websites. They were warned. The dealership was very respectful and gave me quotes in an expeditious manner. I didn't end up using them. But they were nice. They gave me a quote without see ing the vehicle coming off lease.

Had a crisis when I dropped the only key to my Civic in a storm drain, during a funeral, 200 miles from home. Had the car towed to Honda City in desperation, and the service center hooked me up with TWO newly-programmed keys in under an hour. Thanks for saving my day!

They tried to lease my parents a civic at $4000 over sticker price and wanted $3000 out of pocket giving us next to nothing for the trade in plus killing them on the monthly payment 339 a month ... by the way on a 7500 mile a year lease !!!! all in all they looked to make a profit in excess of $10000 on this transaction ....on a 2021 CIVIC sport...!!!!! My parents are elderly and cannot afford this it was a xxxx disgrace ...
