went to get my toyota tocoma serviced oil change inspection 14,000 mile was texted that i had oil leak pick up truck, thought it was mistake must text the wrong person. when to work the next day, came out to the parking spot, and had leak, checked out. the idiot that did the oil change did not tighten the plug,called and got blown off,having trouble with ac. that was never charged right out of the factory they want 300.00 to charge ,

An honest man runs this dealership

I had some major issues with how everything was handled (at first) by this dealership. From the financing guy, concerning missing gap coverage and giving me a shorter extended warranty then what I was told, to the salesman misinforming me about what was the car I bought was actually capable of... I originally gave a 2 star review, as everyone was super friendly, but the rest of my experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I called the dealership and spoke with several people about my concerns, but I didn't know I didn't speak with the head honcho manager Bruce. Bruce fixed everything possible, going above and beyond doing what he could to make me happy. I was disappointed how others treated my issues, ( I did call like 8 times in one day) I wish I spoke with Bruce before I stressed out about the issues I had. He was a professional person that got things done. Because of him the bad taste was washed from my mouth. I can tell you this, the dealership is run by a very honorable man. If you have an issue no one else is helping you with, go to the top. Bruce is the type of guy that makes you want to go back and buy your next car from the same dealer. No more buyer beware!

You just can never trust any dealer, ever.

Strong buyers remorse... Ive been looking for a car for a while, it's not a good time. I went to this dealer as the reviews seemed very good, and their internet price was reasonable, still with a mark up, but not as bad as other places. I was told the internet was wrong and their upcharge was a $1000 more than internet said. I did buy a car, but I was in a rush, had to get to work. So when I signed paper work I didn't check everything thoroughly enough... So now the extended warranty is only good for 5 yrs, not 10 as I thought. And they upcharged me on my finance last minute. I guess a typical dealer after all. I'm very upset, and feel like I was taken advantage of. I'm a fool as my bank approved me for a loan that was a full point lower then toyota's best rate, as they said. I wish I walked away as soon as they came at me with the extra grand on the upcharge.... Watch yourself, no dealer is truly there for you, they just want more money. I thought this place might have been different, but I was wrong. Only gave 2 stars as it was my fault, I should have walked, and all the staff was friendly. Other wise would be 1 star. I got a better deal from a used car place 4 years ago....

Go to Sunrise to buy your Toyota

Tom Case is a wonderful, knowledgeable salesperson. I told him when I first met him and I did not like car sales people but I have to tell you he change my mind at least about him and his dealership. They were all courteous they are all knowledgeable he is very honest he has great follow up he’s called me on several occasions asked me about how much I like my pretty new Prius 2021 and my friend or Tacoma 2021. In the future I will send any of my friends or family to Sunrise Toyota on sunrise highway. I even had my Prius service there once already and they are wonderful. But I do have to say that whenever I send anybody to Toyota I’m going to send them directly to Tom Case he is excellent warm wonderful knowledgeable and he’s a good listener

I had a great experience

Gerson was my salesman and he was great from start to finish. He is trustworthy and an overall nice guy! I will definitely be going back.

racist owner refused to appraise my toyota when he

racist owner refused to appraise my toyota when he realized i wasn't white. poor customer service. the company baited and switched products. worst experience ever. will never buy own or lease here again. I am also posting my video as I recorded my interaction w the owner as he says he will snap on me. after he realized I was recording his actions he asked me to leave the property and called the police on me.

Superb service!!

Excellent buying attention received by Marcos. He patiently worked numbers for us on a SUV and a Camry. Were going to go other places for more comparisons but his attention and service got our business. Great prices, great selection, service area looks very modern with a comfortable and ample space.

Nasty

So sorry to say will not be buying another Toyota after 28 years of being a customer at Sunrise Toyota after putting down a deposit and making a deal things were not the same I asked for my deposit back they became very rude were pointing fingers at me and my daughter and yelling at us even another customer was shocked the way we were being treated so I left and went to Honda was treated the way a customer should be treated sorry always loved my Toyota’s but because of Atlantic Toyota will not be buying anymore Unhappy

Toyota Sienna USED experience

Purchased (in 2009) a 2005 used Toyota Sienna (no financing - cash purchase) and the experience was a challenge to say the least. From the typical car sales hustle (browsing was frowned upon and treated as unimportant if we did not come across as a buyer on the day of the visit). The price point was agreed upon and then the "extras" came in as in the "extended service warranty/contract/agreement??). The deal was to pay a price up from (I believe $1389.00) and if the maintenance contract was never used during a set amount of time (5 years?) we would be completely reimbursed - this was not the case. I never used the service agreement and come the 5th year I never received the money reimbursed. If we are dealing with a salesperson all the particulars and at the very least the key details on reimbursement should be spelled out up front from a customer service point of view. Never again and lesson learned I guess - the hard way. Do yourself a favor and try a different dealership than this one; do your research and you will see other dissatisfied reviews out there when it comes to customer service and satisfaction.
