racist owner refused to appraise my toyota when he realized i wasn't white. poor customer service. the company baited and switched products. worst experience... ever. will never buy own or lease here again. I am also posting my video as I recorded my interaction w the owner as he says he will snap on me. after he realized I was recording his actions he asked me to leave the property and called the police on me.
John Hertlein is a great representative. Friendly, knowledgeable. Very Pro customer service. A true gentleman. Run/drive-- don't walk to see him. Great... facility. Clean. Welcoming. Will do business again.
Excellent buying attention received by Marcos. He patiently worked numbers for us on a SUV and a Camry. Were going to go other places for more comparisons... but his attention and service got our business. Great prices, great selection, service area looks very modern with a comfortable and ample space.
So sorry to say will not be buying another Toyota after 28 years of being a customer at Sunrise Toyota after putting down a deposit and making a deal things... were not the same I asked for my deposit back they became very rude were pointing fingers at me and my daughter and yelling at us even another customer was shocked the way we were being treated so I left and went to Honda was treated the way a customer should be treated sorry always loved my Toyota’s but because of Atlantic Toyota will not be buying anymore Unhappy
Purchased (in 2009) a 2005 used Toyota Sienna (no financing - cash purchase) and the experience was a challenge to say the least. From the typical car... sales hustle (browsing was frowned upon and treated as unimportant if we did not come across as a buyer on the day of the visit). The price point was agreed upon and then the "extras" came in as in the "extended service warranty/contract/agreement??). The deal was to pay a price up from (I believe $1389.00) and if the maintenance contract was never used during a set amount of time (5 years?) we would be completely reimbursed - this was not the case. I never used the service agreement and come the 5th year I never received the money reimbursed. If we are dealing with a salesperson all the particulars and at the very least the key details on reimbursement should be spelled out up front from a customer service point of view. Never again and lesson learned I guess - the hard way. Do yourself a favor and try a different dealership than this one; do your research and you will see other dissatisfied reviews out there when it comes to customer service and satisfaction.
Sunrise Toyota was wonderful. Went to buy a used car. They made it easy and very enjoyable. They are not pushy and don't try to sell you something you... don't want or need. Orlando is the greatest salesman.
From the moment we began speaking with Guy to the time we drove away in our new Highlander, the experience was so far superior to any we have ever had... elsewhere, or quite honestly, at Sunrise in the past. It is our first time buying here, but we will return because we couldn't have had a better process. No stress, total professionalism, and stellar dealings with Guy. He was always responsive to our calls, came in on his day off--above and beyond--and got us a very fair deal. Thank you, Guy!
As a member of the FDNY and a military veteran I’m not sure I’ve dealt with such difficulty from an organization . My Tacoma was in and out of the shop... 4 times within the first two weeks of leasing it. I have had nothing but difficulties with them and now it’s been a little over a month and I’m having the same issues plus a parking issue . I was told I would be able to work out a deal and bring that the truck without much difficulty but now I am not able to do so. I am sure management will respond to this and defend themselves but the issues are concrete and known. I have bought multiple trucks from them and had friends as well . It’s lack of responsibility and really a black eye on ownership. I wouldn’t recommend them anymore sadly to anyone . They will run circles to get you in a car and then throw you to the side after . Nothing but issues with the Oakdale location, sadly . Updated review : dealership decided to drag this process out and ultimately screw a veteran and active FDNY member out of money and lock me into a contract for 3 years . I have to now hire a lawyer and get the message out that this business is not following correct business ethics . A lot of these reviews are forced out of people but if you walk into the service section is packed with people complaining. The dealership has been calling me trying to get my review taken down but I will continue to fight for the small people that they believe are ignorant to their ways . If you enjoy being swindled and treating with disrespect ( I was told I make bad decisions when buying a car ) then sunrise Toyota May be an option for you. I will make sure any military member and FDNY member will take their business elsewhere . Worst worst worst customer service and absolute typical dealership !
On Saturday, July 13, 2019, I purchased a 2012 Toyota Prius V. I was serviced by Will Diaz. He was very honest and straight forward with helping me choose... the right vehicle. No Jive. I am very please with my new car, as well as the customer service at Sunrise Toyota.
