Sunrise Toyota

I came to Sunrise Toyota to deal with a service repair of a 2003 Rav4 and decided to look at 2016 Ravs while I waited. Larry in service has been very helpful in addressing my problem that became more complicated than they or I thought it would be. And the service department is enormous with a variety of comfortable waiting areas. Rich in sales is very knowledgeable about the new Ravs. We took a test drive where he explained the features, as it is much more advanced with features than my current model. I did not plan on purchasing a car today, but I know who to come see when I am ready. I appreciated that Rich did not try to push me into a hard sale today and look forward to coming back here in the future.

I bought my van from a distance, could not get into a dealership. Incredible how great the experience was considering I couldn't do it face to face. I had numerous phone calls and emails with Mike Coltellino and Aaron Berg and they were incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and made the experience a joy. I now have a fantastic van that I got at a very fair price and never had to leave my home. They even delivered it to my door AND drove away my trade in. I suggest that everyone try to go to Sunrise to meet Mike and Aaron in person, got to be even better than my "virtual experience"!!

Just picked up a new 2016 Highlander Limited on Saturday, 2/20/16. Bruce Levine was my salesman and Marty Cosimo was the business manager I dealt with. From the initial conversations I had with Bruce on the phone, right on through delivery, everything about this buying process was as pleasant and professional as possible. The car was detailed beautifully and was ready for me to review in their indoor delivery area. Bruce provided the most thorough delivery of any vehicle I have ever purchased (I've purchased about 12 vehicles including Audi, Mercedes, Infiniti and Acura). Marty was quick and efficient with the paperwork. . Thirty miles is kind of a long way to go to buy a car when you are in the New York metropolitan area (there were at least 4 dealers that were closer to my home) but it was well worth it. Thanks guys, we'll be back.

I came into Sunrise Toyota to get some numbers on a new Rav 4. The girls at the front desk took my information and went into the back to get me a salesman and i was greeted by Stephen Giorgio. Stephen took the time to get all my needs and wants and made sure i was going to be able to afford the monthly payment. And Mr Giorgio delivered. Thank you sunrise toyota i love my new Toyota
