Very easy to work with and straight forward in all communication. Excellent overall experience and would recommend Stevens Ford. Salesperson CJ was extremely in doing thorough review and pictures of the vehicle for me before purchasing which was very helpful since I was not local to the area.

I purchased a used 2018 ford explorer from this dealer

I purchased a used 2018 ford explorer from this dealer last July and as soon as I purchased it, there was nothing but problem after problem. The very first day I drove it after I had gotten home the check engine light immediately came on and I brought it back and it was fixed, then the next day check engine light was on again and they claimed to fix it again, and then about a week after purchasing the car the turbo blows up, I tried reaching out to Cj my salesman, no answer of course, get it towed to them and just getting a loner car on a vehicle I just purchased was a nightmare. Took about a month and half to fix and Immediately after getting the car back after that the catalytic converters were shot as I scanned the vehicle immediately after getting it back, they claimed that the turbos had nothing to do with the cats, which 100% the turbos sprayed oil all over the exhaust system. They refused to honor my warranty for the cats so I had the shell out 3 grand on that. Then about another week later the engine blows up and again towing it there and having to fight for a loaner on a car I purchased within a 2 month time frame was a nightmare. They also didn’t honor my warranty fully again and I had to pay 1500 for the engine because they wouldn’t cover the whole repair, I had the car for less then one year and only got to drive it 5,000 miles because of the never ending repairs it needed. I would avoid this dealer like the plague especially if buying used as they obviously do not inspect vehicles before selling them. Ps I got a new car a year into my loan and lost a lot of money just to get that nightmare off my hands, worst car experience of my life!!!!!

CJ was amazing from the second i walked into the dealership. He talked me through all questions i had, and really made me feel confident in my Branco purchase. Definitely will be coming to CJ in the future.

CJ is the absolute best!

CJ is the absolute best!! He was always so kind and courteous to me and my family. He was always honest through the process and answered any questions that my family and I had. He’s also pretty funny and welcoming! I actually went to another dealership and didn’t like the cut of their job. So I came back to find a car with CJ and he went above and beyond! I feel so lucky to have met him and when my daughter needs a car in a few years I will definitely be back!
