Completely done! My husband and I leases 2 vehicles from 112 Ford, our Ford Fusion lease just ended, we wanted to purchase the vehicle but we wanted to... take out a loan for the vehicle. Our buy out on the vehicle was 14,957.00- a little much for the car but wee were 10,000 miles over on the lease so it would have been a wash. We HAD very good credit so we figured we wouldn’t have any issues. We went in, told them what we wanted to do, met with a salesmen and he had us put a $100 deposit to have our credit run, I didn’t want to do it but he said that it would be taken off the loan, or something along those lines. We waited over an hour to have a 3 minute meeting with the woman in finance, she said that we would set a meeting up for when my husband and I got back from vacation in a week and a half. I left for vacation a few days before my husband did, it was my second day gone and my husband called me to tell me we got 2 denial letters stating that there was “insufficient collateral” to issue our car loan- we had no idea Stevens Ford would try and farm out our loan to other lenders- 6 DIFFERENT LENDER. I finally got a denial form Citizens One bank and that’s when we found out that the loan amount they were requesting on our behalf was for 19,175.00!!! I called so many times and nobody called me back. My credit and my husbands credit has suffered severely because of the massive amounts of hard inquiries that they made, unbeknownst to us, on our behalf.

I went in to get a new lease unsure of what i wanted, Bobby worked with me and got me into a new Ford Escape that i love, he patiently spent alot of time... going over multiple different options until i found the one i absolutely loved, i would highly recommend if you are looking for a new car to go through this dealership they are wonderful
This place is fugazy. They Take your money at the sale and the rest is history. Their service department finds everything to be Not under warranty. ... Even with the premium care . Unfortunately they got me this time but i will continue to inform people of their horrible business practices.

I LOVE YOU JENNY SCHEELE! Does that say enough? Lol. When I worked with Jenny on getting my 17 Explorer last summer I wasn’t expecting to see her until... 2020.. I was in a small fender bender that to my surprise was deemed a total loss a year later! If you saw it you’d never think it was either. The moment I got the news I was so upset I called Jenny as I didn’t know what to do.. “Don’t worry we gotcha girl” is what I can remember hearing..I clearly saw her face as she said it too.. If you know her then you know the look ;) Fast forward less than a week later she introduced me to my new 18 Explorer Limited which had everything I wanted and more.. Jenny made a stressful moment for me feel like it never happened and as if it were 2020 and we were going onto my next vehicle. She was there to answer any of my questions I had, which there were many (I would even refer to myself as the “Pain in the a**”), she even answered after her work hours which goes above and beyond the call of duty.. Jenny is awesome and an asset to Ford/Stevens 112 Ford! Again I LOVE YOU JENNY SCHEELE.. see you when it’s time for my Bronco lol... and this is why I am a Steven’s 112 Ford “Lifer”!
Stevens Ford is a dependable honest dealership. Their customer service is excellent! I've dealt with Jenny Scheele for many years now (I'm in the process... of deal #3 with her currently) and she always helps me find exactly what I'm looking for at a monthly payment I can afford. As a single Mom I appreciate her trustworthiness, her patience and her invaluable insight! She gladly takes the time to work with you and provide you with options to help you figure out what works best for you. I wouldn't car shop with anyone else!!
Went shopping for a used truck, I was unfortunately greeted by Bobby. As soon as I showed interest in the truck the listing was removed from the website... making me unable to view the Carfax. I wrongly assumed if there was any issues he would tell me, right? WRONG ! After purchasing I looked up my own Carfax for peace of mind and found not one but two accidents!! Upon a call back to him about the new found information he offered nothing to me except some information on the accidents which I never received. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SALESMAN !!
