Deceptive sales tactics , very unprofessional , Rude Staff , they lie about your trade in price. They will give you a high number but then at the end when it comes time to do paper work they will drop the trade in price down a lot.

I bought a Ford E transit cargo van , all electric, the

I bought a Ford E transit cargo van , all electric, the van was a lemon, the sales person is Jessica, The next day the dashboard went out no lights whatsoever went back to the dealer. They said it’s a normal thing and ford doesn’t know what’s going on yet with the dashboard. You have to wait until we let you know , I said do you want me to go with a dark dashboard after paying $66,000 for the van and they were saying it like it’s normal and it’s fine and there is no problem ? so that was a red flag That this van is garbage, I took it for service for the dashboard. It took them a week to fix it. They told me the van has a range of 150 miles on a full charge, but when charged the dashboard says 95 miles. You already loose 55 miles, when you drive it you get 75 miles., I tried to call Jessica about this problem, she wouldn’t return my text or my calls even though before I bought it, she was texting me all day long, she never Missed a call or a text, anyway, went back to the dealer to speak to the general manager, He wouldn’t even see me, That’s the kind of customer service you get at Ford Stevens 112 in patchogue , I do appliance repair so I expected the van to get me through the day about 7 to 8 calls a day, , but that was not the case, after a run 3 calls I was left with the quarter of the charge so I have to take it home charge it , empty the van from my Parts, which I had about 5 % of it At the beginning, put them in my personal car and go finish the rest of try route , What kind of service van is that? This van is brand new and I haven’t installed shelves yet which a bout Thousand pound , and another thousand pound with all my parts in it , and iam getting 75 miles range, I bet you after I install the shelves and put all the parts in it I will end up with 45 miles Range. and it’s a winter time God forbid if you turn on the heat, you see the level of the charge dropping dramatically . I was freezing inside the cabin. Then I asked the dealer to swipe it for gasoline van, Of course the manager would not speak to me or see me , At the front desk they said will price your van 20.000 Less to Swipe it for a gasoline van , that was two weeks since I got it I dropped the van at the dealer. Returned the plates to the. DMV , This ,dealer is a ripoff , No customer service Whatsoever, Of course, Jessica would not return any of my calls After she gets her commission, It’s a shame, on FORD STEVENS 112 . Patchogue .

Very pleased with my purchase of a used Mercedes.

Very pleased with my purchase of a used Mercedes. Paid a little extra for not financing but overall it was a very good deal. Jessica, my sales person was a pleasure and Bill, the GM was very nice.

Steven ford 112 stinks

Brought my F250 Diesal to ford service for DEF. issue in December 2022. They had my truck for 3 weeks, after picking up the truck on the way home the service engine light came on again. Returned the truck to Stevens Ford and had the computer reprogrammed, RECALL, and was told drive the truck for 500 miles to get new programming to work. After this, the service engine light came on again. Brought the truck to my Diesal mechanic and the code read P24A0 which means the DEF filter is clogged. Since I purchased the truck in 2016 I've had to refill the DEF Tank 2-3 times per year, which is abnormal. I don't think it's worked properly ever. This week I brought the truck back to Stevens ford telling them the engine code and left it for service. The rep called me and said after review we need to change the injectors in the motor, they're bad letting too much fuel into the engine which is clogging the DEF filter. A cost of $8000.00 to repair. Im no Diesal mechanic but the basic symptoms for bad injectors are as follow, Rough Idle poor fuel economy misfire loss of power engine stalling poor acceleration exhaust smell None of which my truck has. I then called my Diesal mechanic and told him what Stevens told me and he said absolutely don't let them do the repair. That's not the problem with the truck. Just giving other patrons a heads up. Obviosly there is a problem with the DEF system which I've seen on many Diesal forums, the whole design is flawed and many other people have this problem. Concerned Customer
