Legal Robbery.

Legal Robbery. Increased vehicle purchase price from the purchase price I agreed on in the lease contract. Took 4 days of calls and lies to get to the bottom of their action. In the end, the dealer said I agreed to the monthly lease payment which I thought was based on the purchase price I agreed on. Then they said since I signed the lease I had no options. Nice. This dealership has robbery down to a science. It took over 2 hours for my wife and I to pick up the car. My wife listened to the new car training, while I waited for the dealer to complete the paperwork. After 2 hours, I did not review the lease contract in detail, because I trusted them. My mistake. Nice.

I walked into Smithtown Lexus stressed about my former car that was flooded in a bad storm. I was greeted by Gloriana. I wanted to gift myself an electric SUV for my birthday

I wanted to gift myself an electric SUV for my birthday and made an appointment with MO Niaz Islam on 2/5/2024. Even I knew exactly what I was looking for, MO made it so easy that l made a decision within 1 hour. 2 days later, I drove home a 2023 LEXUS RZ 450E Luxury. I also received a decent amount for my trade. Thank you MO and keep being a valuable asset for Lexus of Smithtown.

Unprofessional service.

Unprofessional service. Quoted price for my service increased $300. Without any contact/ update from the department. Found out at pick up time. Had my car for 5 full days, paid $2500 and I received the car back not even washed. I had to initiate contacting the dealer for an update about the status of my service. I will not be using this dealership for any more services or repairs in the future!

A rewarding and positive car buying experience.

I recently bought a car at Lexus of Smithtown and am writing to say how pleased I was with my experience. All the staff was professional and helpful. However, it was my experience with Salman Umar which was the highlight of that experience, and why I would go back to Lexus of Smithtown and have recommended it and him to family and friends. Salman was attentive, professional, caring and fair in pricing. His was a personal touch rare in dealings with car dealerships and much appreciated by me. . I highly recommend Lexus of Smithtown and look forward to an extended relationship with your dealership.

Car buyer

Great experience. I am a return buyer. Phil Rodriguez was my salesman and he is wonderful! He searched and found the model that I wanted and had it delivered to the dealership. The man who helped me with the tech part of the car was wonderful too - very patient and positive. I will continue to be a client of Smithtown Lexus.

Rene Hartman, Tim Burton, Bob Meyer, James O'Conner were wonderful. Very professional, pleasant and answered all of our questions. We always go to Smithtown Lexus. This is our 4th Lexus.

Tech Guy

Overall buying experience was good given the current protocols. Staff was responsive and respectful. When they said no haggle, there was none. The highlight of my buying experience was My Tech Guy! He was enthusiastic, through and most of all patient. He left me feeling I could call him anytime and he knew his stuff!
