The process went smooth through the agreement execution by business manager Scott Rosenfeld. They made the process easy!

Great to have a sedan again - managers were very accommodating in getting us into a Continental again and hoping Detroit listens to their Dealers, who prefer to see the Sedans return.

Just leased a Forester Sport, Rae was my salesperson. She was awesome! Rae was not “in my face” as some dealers are at first. She made it known that she was there and ready to help me; when I was ready. I live on the north shore and told her Wantagh was too far, that I would use a closer dealership. After a few emails and a phone call, I probably would have gone out of state as long as I knew Rae was going to be my salesperson. Rae was extraordinary, and made my experience at Hassett extraordinary! She is patient, helpful, suggestive, non pressuring and was not in a rush to close the deal. When I picked up the car, again she awesome; no rush, took her time explaining all the bells and whistles of the new technology! I’ve been a Subaru fan for years,,, and I’m happy to say I’m a Hassett Subaru fan now; as long as Rae helps me!! Thank you!! I must give a mention about James, the finance guy. Another great experience with him... explaining everything, not rushing through things and patient! Also the manager (whose name escapes me) who personally when out of his way and made a couple of calls on my behalf to get the financing worked out..... and lowered my monthly payment... no strings attached! I know Rae stepped in and told him how much I wanted this car,,, he made it happen...Again my thanks, and everyone I dealt with at the dealership was fantastic,
